I started going to StretchLab in Lone Tree a little over a year ago. I joined after a demo stretch at Whiskey Lodge during the summer and anxiously awaited Castle Rock opening. I was teamed with Dyne in Lone Tree as she would be moving to Castle Rock upon opening. After my first stretch I felt remarkable. Had been using cane for arthritic knee pain. Ditched the cane. I can only say that my weekly stretches have been life changing. Opening my chest area improved my breathing and helped with my asthma. At 81 years young, I feel the quality of life has asthma least doubled since declining in my 70's. I look forward to my sessions with Dyne and all the camaraderie and welcoming feel at Castle Rock StretchLab. I might add I've encouraged many friends and family across the USA to join so far 7 have taken me up on the suggestion and are equally pleased! Try it!!! I have been going to StretchLab for about 10 months now and I can definitely tell a difference in my range of motion, muscle strength/flexibility, lack of muscle "tightness" after being active, and general physical wellbeing. Dyne is my "Flexologist", she is extremely knowledgeable about the human musculature and how to make the most of each session. I cycle quite a bit. I joined StretchLab to help me feel better during and after longer rides (and just in general). I tell myself I will stretch enough after rides but, let's be honest, I don't. Dyne is awesome with figuring out what I need worked on during each session and I always feel much better afterwards. She always has a few different techniques to target the stubborn areas (I have a few -- looking at you right hip and left shoulder). I highly recommend giving StretchLab a try. read more

I've been coming to StretchLab since they opened here in Castle Rock last year, starting with Kylie as my flexologist. I was so bummed when she left but was referred to Kim and couldn't be happier. She "listens" to my body and helps me stretch further than I would be able to do by myself. My posture at age 75 was poor. I was bent over forward and feeling like an old man, but after my first session I could walk upright and move more freely. I know the benefits of stretching but just won't do it on my own at this time in my life. Cannot recommend enough, I was in a car accident and did multiple rounds of PT, acupuncture, and massage. I do StretchLabs 2 times of week and it gives me more relief than any other treatments.
