Before booking, I clearly explained that my dog has special needs due to a herniated disc injury from years ago. His front area is very sensitive, and he wears diapers. I always disclose this information ahead of time because I understand not every groomer is comfortable or experienced working with pets that need extra patience and care. Instead of addressing the situation professionally, the owner's first reaction was rude and dismissive. Rather than simply saying they may not be the right fit for my dog's condition, he immediately acted as if my dog was "the problem." The attitude and lack of compassion were honestly shocking. If your pet has health issues, mobility issues, anxiety, or requires patience and gentle handling, I would strongly recommend taking them somewhere else. This place did not make me feel comfortable or confident leaving my dog in their care. This was my first and definitely last visit here. I originally tried this location because I was already next door at the veterinarian, but I will never return. Also, be aware they charge customers extra for using a credit card, so bring cash if you decide to go there.
