Cleaners would bring their kids in while they worked and would leave messes behind for the opening staff. They would forget to empty trashcans, not vacuum when it needed to be done, and just generally not do what they were hired to do. We literally would have to leave notes for them telling them what to do, otherwise it would never get done. Only reason they weren't fired after the first year is because my boss is notoriously stingy. Avoid.
