Spoke with Bobby Blanco about some really bad experiences I had with previous Morgan Stanley advisors (and others), and let them know I was looking for a more professional office that does what they say they are going to do. I talked to them about setting up a 401k the following year (five months) and Mr. Blanco convinced me their team could handle the simple task. I contacted them the beginning of December and though he told me I would receive an email that day I did not. I called half way through the next day and let him know I had still not received anything.
He gave me his assistants number to call, she was busy. I reminded him via text that I was looking for a company that kept their word to clients (I felt this was a bad omen).
