You can even think grateful thoughts to the day's ice cream maker since the ice cream artist is credited on the sign. They tell me they always have vanilla and hazelnut (good choices) then the third flavor is different daily. I've had the peach, caramel, vanilla, and hazelnut. I wish I could have hung around to try more flavors but we, stupidly, did not find this place until the second to last day in the area. I predict many of my future trips will detour through Nora.

Cleanliness: 4/5 Well kept, bathroom clean, tables clean and clear of recent costumer's dishes. Location: 4/5 On the corner, easy to spot. Seems to within 2-3 blocks of most shops (I do not know the town that well).
