I called early this week for a hair appointment with color for Saturday morning. The stylist who had been assigned my appointment had another client in the chair, and said it would be at least another 30 minutes. Another stylist offered to take my appointment but the receptionist only offered me the option of waiting at least galf an hour or rescheduling. I had another appointment set for after the salon, and couldn't do that. I will not return to this salon. The staff was unfriendly, and unhelpful, was not ready for my appointment, and didn't seem to care.

I don't take much time to do my hair and when I do, I want it to be very simple. I was greeted right when I walked in and was given an iPad for a questionnaire since this was my first time there. After I finished in my questionnaire they asked if I wanted any refreshments. I was really impressed with this place and the whole establishment. The whole staff was very nice and accommodating. My hair stylish asked me what I wanted to do and I just told her to cut a lot off and give me something very low maintenance. She was so helpful and had a lot of insight on the cut and the styling afterwords to ensure my routine wouldn't be extended in the morning.
