The stylist who had been assigned my appointment had another client in the chair, and said it would be at least another 30 minutes. Another stylist offered to take my appointment but the receptionist only offered me the option of waiting at least galf an hour or rescheduling. I had another appointment set for after the salon, and couldn't do that. I will not return to this salon. The staff was unfriendly, and unhelpful, was not ready for my appointment, and didn't seem to care.

My hair stylish asked me what I wanted to do and I just told her to cut a lot off and give me something very low maintenance. She had a stylist, however, she got busy and my daughter being on a tight schedule was given a second stylist to speed up the process. Fast forward, a full foil for the highlights. When it came time to wash/shampoo, the second stylist stopped after washing her hair for about 2 min and then she stepped away and started whispering to the person who was "supposed" to do my daughter's hair, she then came over and looked at her hair, and then went to the back room to grab "another color". The bill arrived at $295.00!!! My daughter could not believe it!!! She knew something was wrong and suspected they covered up THEIR MISTAKE and charged my daughter for their mistake. I knew something was up when I called to discuss this OUTRAGEOUS CHARGE and the stylist that answered the phone went over my daughter's record and mentioned " due to her BLOUDE hair she needed a second color to tone the blonde down!! I said what!! She has Brown Hair!!! Then she tried to explain using Stylist terms as to what needed to be done!! $295.00 no cut, just a highlight!! I told the person on the phone, how dare they charge that amount money especially on short hair just for highlights without 1st mentioning the extreme cost ( if indeed this is really the process, which we know it isn't). We know exactly what happened, when my daughters hair was getting shampooed, the stylist knew something went wrong and they covered it up!! $295.00 (and that's without a tip,) for short hair, without a cut, only a highlight!! Beware, they will cover their mistakes by using Stylist terms, and talk around you and try to convince you oh this is how it's done. No it isn't!! We've since contacted other stylists and one very nice salon and showed them the receipt, all 5 were astonished with this cost and they too agree, something went wrong, no one wants to get anyone in trouble, so they covered up their mistake and charged her as if it's a normal cost! My daughter was totally ripped off and feels completely violated. She went in for Highlights on her short hair....Very Disappointing!!
