This was my second interaction with Jenn and she has brought such an overwhelming amount or joy each time and given me something no amount of money could ever provide the comfort she has given me by communicating with my grandparents in the after life, it's has given me answers I have been seeking and also has given my father comfort of something was misinterpreting but bc of her amazing gift he has now been able to forgive and move on from something that was causing pain that would have never been able to be repaired without Jenn. She is also the sweetest, kindest person and has genuine love and compassion you can feel. Her energy is addicting and I cannot express how much even one session with her will change your opinion if you question the theory of mediums and if they are real. DO NOT book a virtual reading with Jennifer if you don't want to get ripped off. She tells you to Venmo her in advance to secure your spot, and then is MIA when it's time to do the virtual reading. When you reach out, she has her "daughter" respond saying that she is in the hospital and needs to reschedule (even though she is active on Facebook trying to book more sessions). She then proceeds to ghost you and doesn't reschedule your reading OF refund you your payment. PLEASE don't fall pray to this con artist like I dod. P.S. We USED to think very highly of jen. But we were rescheduled 3 times and then the last time we didn't get a call basically was canceled. She doesn't return calls, Texts or facebook. We even gave her money when she said she would be evicted. There always seems to be another reason why she needs more money Such as her assistant took her money. Jenn USED to be a talented medium/intuitive. For almost the past year she has taken people's money promising for a reading. Then she cancels time after time due to an "illness". She posts again saying that she can refund money for those that request. Still waiting on a refund months and months later. She then blocks you in Facebook if you ask questions on why no REFUND. She wants money in advance. DON'T!!!! Pay her once the reading is all said and done. Sad very sad. She was once a person with so many gifts. read more

My daughter and I had scheduled a session with Jennifer Lall back in December. She required that we pay up front and I Venmo'd her $150, which is the amount I was given. She later emailed my daughter (who made the appt) and said it was an add'l 60 for the second person. I promptly Venmo'd that as well. The morning of our appt, she canceled stating she had the flu. As my daughter lives out of state, it was difficult to get an appt and the next one we scheduled was for early March. We had to cancel that one. For the last 3.5 mos, we have attempted to either make another appt or get our money back. Jennifer has never responded. Lesson learned.... don't pay for something in advance. I have met with Jennifer back in 2019 for a group reading. It was great so when I saw recently she was doing a special, I decided to buy a session for my mom as a Christmas gift. She has rescheduled 5 times and each time she didn't call for the virtual appointment. I'm honestly so livid and upset. I was initially pleased with the reading I had so I scheduled one for a family member. I pre-paid for the reading. It was rescheduled multiple times and then missed completely.
