What first stood out to me was a minor concern he fixed that I pointed out upon consultation. At this point, I haven't committed to any offer nor was a quote even given at this time. My gate didn't close properly due to the wood deforming overtime and he went and got his tools and willingly realigned the latch with no expectation of pay or business in return. It was cold out at this time too. He left and I got my quote a few days later. Because of his act of kindness, I chose to go with Fence101. He is a busy person and scheduling may not be immediate, but this is to be expected for a company that does good work. After his team came out and completed the work, I had some concerns about workmanship. To others, it may not have been anything, but being the meticulous person that I am, I brought it to his attention. I was easy about it and he could have just given me some lame excuse, but with no hesitation, he offered to replace the whole panel in both areas that they fixed (2 panels). It wasn't necessary at all, but he stood by his company, their work, and showed he truly cares. You can easily tell, Fabio is truly a good and honest person. His workers are also very kind and polite people as well. everything came out great and I'm happy. I would definitely recommend Fence101 to everyone and would certainly consider them again for all my personal and investment properties needs in the future.

After chatting with a few different places, I found some were pretty cold or couldn't answer my questions over the phone without me stopping by in person -- but not Al. He was really easy to work with from the start. After a quick phone call and some emails, he came out to check out the job, and we discussed all my options. He took the time to ask questions and really understand what we wanted. He advised us on town codes and gave some great recommendations on things we hadn't thought of. Not only did he give me a solid quote, but I also got a few options to choose from, which I appreciated. We scheduled the work, and even though there was a wait, Al kept me in the loop. They knew I had small dogs and needed a run where they could go out safely. When a cancellation came up, they managed to fit me in way sooner than expected, which was a huge bonus. The finished fence is honestly excellent. Every post is perfectly straight, and the gates are aligned and look great from every angle. The craftsmanship really shows -- these guys take pride in what they do. Overall, I can't recommend Interstate enough. Great work, fair prices, and they really care about getting it right.

They did not even use the clean white sections that were left from the old fence. Those were removed. They left debris in the woods and I am talking 6-7 large pieces of fencing that were broken. Very poor professionalism. I was unable to leave a message with the company because their mailbox was full!! Insurance has a $!000.00 deductible for fence damage!!

Several days later I received a quote by US Mail from Reliable Fence of Woburn Mass... The quote was $2526, which seemed like a high price, as I received a quote from another Fence company for $2600, for the same amount of fence. If Reliable Fence stood behind their $20% discount, that would be $200 off each $1000, of which was not set in the quote. I expected to get a quote for $500 off the average price, which did NOT happen. Reliable Fence lost me as a customer because they were not fair with their quote.
