If you need a family doctor come here!…read more I started going to the family practice a couple months ago to find a medication for my Bipolar Manic Depression. I first met with Dr. Sandman, and she was super sweet and listened to what I had to say about how my body reacts to medication. We didn't find anything that worked, and her time was over at this facility so I had to find a new doctor. I got an appointment with Mr. Griffith. I met with him today and he was amazing! Our visit was a little over an hour long and he was very thorough about everything. I'm very pleased with this practice and the doctors they choose. It made me feel like my opinion, as a customer, was important when the lady at the end asked me how I felt about Mr. Griffith because he was new to the building. The people that work here are very kind, considerate, and helpful. Thank you for doing such a great job level 2!

It's almost as if you don't do report because the only one that knew I had surgery was the amazing nurse I had the first 2 days Hannah. She was nice never treated me like I was a burden if I called. I was independent and didn't call hardly at all but when I did and Hannah wasn't there man these ppl had an issue. I had to empty my own hat and let them know how much I had out and I'm not sure it got recorded because they didn't act as if they heard a word I ever said. They were busy so Hannah asked one of her team members Jackie to give me my meds this med was suppose to be given over a 2 min time frame and she must not have got the memo. She pushed it all at once as if it was a flush. It made me hella sick and miss Hanna found a way to help me stop puking! I would walk I did what I was suppose to but some of these nurses treated me like they couldn't wait to get rid of me! Sorry I was such an inconvenience to you. This stay was very shitty with the exception of Miss Hanna and the the Cna Ryan . Thank for treating me like I was a person Hannah and not some piece of crap who killed your fluffy puppy! Ps my doctor wasn't impressed either I was told I could eat what ever and your nurse wouldn't call the doc to confirm my Doc tried to call and no one would answer. The fact that y'all just thought I was there for ab pain was bull crap. You took forever to respond but took a total of 5 my min to kick me out the door after the Doc changed my order himself and I could finally eat! Sorry you can starve all day we aren't feeding you get out. Not to mention the patient you all made fun of for wanting a smoke by the elevator! Discussing patient info by the elevator is really professional makes me wonder what y'all say about everyone else on that floor... piss poor care

I have pretty good medical insurance through my wife's work but have stayed…read moreon with Dr. Josh for several reasons: --I can contact the Dr personally at any time and usually get a response within an hour. He encourages me to ask questions over the phone which means I can consult my physician who knows me, often without making an appointment--instead of looking things up on the web and freaking out that I might have whatever random disease the interwebs say I have. --I can see the Dr as often as necessary for the same monthly fee and I've never had to wait more than a few days for an appointment. --I am able to ask questions or follow up with a visit via phone or text instead of having to schedule more appointments. --Their in-house pharmacy makes most meds easy to access and cheaper. On top of that, the IFD staff is friendly, personable and clearly communicates all treatments options so you can make informed decisions about your own care. In the past, I've been frustrated by Drs that seem to be pushing particular treatments or care plans that feel like "one size fits all". Dr Josh spends as much time as it takes to find out exactly what I'm dealing with and offers only the treatments and procedures I need. If you've ever had to get your own medical coverage and accidentally ended up on some weird religious group-pay program or been forced to reestablish care with your regular doctor because it's been a while and they no longer recognize you as their patient, do yourself a favor and get on board with IFD.
