When it came our turn, pretty much nothing. This drug out over several months, and ultimately, I was presented with a permanent restraining order. I would have fared the same if not better if I had proceeded to represent myself. It was glaringly obvious that while she had spent time working in the SD Court offices (Domestic Violence, Family Law Facilitators), she had no real experience representing a client in front of a judge. When I provided her feedback on the experience, she blamed me and essentially changed her story, saying that the case was not a good one, and I gave her nothing to work with (I had provided a significant amount of information that could have been used to refute my ex-wife's claims). If she is the one that Griffith & Young provide you, I would pass and go another direction.
