I had an overbite with crowding for 20 years (I'm in my early 30s) so the initial treatment process wasn't the most comfortable with teeth shifting and all. Within this time I have had no pokey wires, no loose brackets, no mouth sores, nothing negative to report. The office assistants at the front desk are always friendly and greet you upon entering and leaving. The orthodontic assistants are always friendly with any questions you have and if it's something they don't have the answer to they make sure to direct you to the doctor. I have received tons of compliments already with how far my orthodontic treatment has progressed - even when I relay my progress info with my old ortho co-workers where I used to work! They have seen my braces change with the seasons and with holidays and they have seen me through a lot.
