Sure I was late on a payment which immediately led them to cut my lock and add their own. I'm not sure why they cut mine when it was only a few days late. Other than to sell me a new one. But once I paid and put a new lock on its impossible to get them to remove theirs. They are never here my family members and myself separately stop buy during business hours multiple times a day for weeks now. We also call and tell them it's secured and to take their lock off never get ahold of anyone. Can't get into my unit for weeks even though balance is paid. They are lazy lazy lazy and rude. I got sick of my account being charged the wrong amount every month and calling in to complain and it falling on deaf ears and not doing any good. Not only did I hang up accomplishing nothing it ruined the rest of my day. The manager never did anything she said she would and I finally had enough. Not to mention I got locked out of my unit numerous times in error and couldn't access my stuff when needed. My bill was always paid and there was no reason for the lockout.
