They have a very friendly and professional staff as well as clean facilities. The only problem I…read morehave with them is the appearance of the "bait and switch tactic". They advertise rentals a what would be a bargain rate and, actually sign you up for the rate. While you think you are getting a good deal, within two to three months of signing the rental contract the price basically triples. You say your rates increase based on market conditions. Well, I find it hard to believe that market conditions could change that much within a 120-day period of time. In my case it was from $80.35 to $162.05, more than double. This is trickery and deception. I am not sure if this practice is legal, but I am working diligently to find out. If there are no legal ramifications, I will spread the word on every social platform available to me. Sunshine/light is the best disinfectant in the world. I will shine the light on you!

Explained that the water to the bathhouses wasn't working but we could choose our space. He drove us over to show us the spaces, said they are in the middle of some big improvements, including putting in a pond. He gave my husband a couple of their logo shirts and hats and then he didn't even charge us for our space. Just after we parked, the owner called and said that he did have an open cabin and that we could use the shower in it if we would like to. He drove back over and gave us the key for the night. Amazing service!! Good people looking to make good improvements! Very quiet park.
