The class sizes are small enough that your child gets plenty of help if needed. in the 6 years we have been at this school, i have had no issues with bullying, they have a ZERO bullying tolerance, which was a big thing for me. I am really happy i chose this school for my kids to attend, all the teachers that we have had so far have been amazing. At parent teacher interviews, they do their best to work with me, in particular i had a son that hated reading and wouldn't do his homework. i now have a bookworm that still needs improvement on his homework but we have a reward system in place at home and school to improve this.

FLN offers courses in arts, immersion programs, literacy, maths, CALD and much more. I had the opportunity to volunteer here through a program at work and am so glad I did! I helped from 8:45-1:30pm for a day - Frank (teacher) taught a class of about 10 that day and volunteers helped with reading, writing, and math skills. Don't be scared if you don't have a Masters in English or mathematics! This place is friendly and students come from all sorts of background and hardship. Ever try learning and living in a new country where you don't speak much of the preferred language or have not had the opportunity to learn about how to save or buy items at the grocery store? These are the things we helped out with and I would love to go back here again in the future as I met lovely people that communicated with their eyes, hands, and smiles. No matter what backgrounds students came from, everyone put in hard work and helped each other out though hardly anyone spoke the same language!

This is not the first time I have studied in Melbourne, I've studied for 2 years in Monash and a…read morebachelor degree from Melbourne University. Now I'm doing a tiny one year dental course from this institute, and it's the worst decision I've ever made. The teachers are mean and unprofessional! We have 2 trainers everyday teaching us different methods and have an absolutely different explanation for what they want. The admin people keep loosing our unit marks and send us letters stating our slow progress. When my class complained about this they simply apologised saying the trainers dint send them our updated scores. The teachers keep screaming uselessly, if you don't get anything they make you feel like a looser and insult you in front of the whole class. I suggest don't ever apply in this institute ! We have filed complaint forms too but they do nothing about it.

So I thought what the hell it's close, I'll give it a go. I'll admit being an institute I was a little nervous thinking some student hack would leave me looking a bit worse for wear. I walked in and one of the teachers quickly found someone to help me. Walking towards the back of the building to the treatment rooms I was a bit concerned but my beauty therapist was chatty friendly and über professional. The treatment rooms were spotless, not as pretty as other salons but hey with the cost of an eyebrow wax only $11, less then half of the average full service salon I don't mind a spare treatment room. My therapist was excellent. She was not a student but rather a full time employee who works there, so treatments are done by experienced staff. She also trimmed by fringe and I was pleasantly surprised when the bill came to $19. Apart from hair and waxing they also do massages, pedis and manis. I will be back and will be referring my friends to go there as well. Great value for money and great service.

They are so kind with their words and they are all extremely smart. Please disregard what I said at the start. I have frequent outbursts. I saw a staff member drop a giant rock on some kid's head at the recent sport event. Other than that, the school has incredible facilities, incredible staff members and many lovely events.
