I've never had a real issue, but I'm a clean and quiet tenant and always pay my rent on time. There are a couple families with rowdy kids in the apartment that I don't appreciate, but not really the landlords fault. The kids above me are very rude and loud and their mom is never home to take care of them or keep them under control. Other than that I have zero complaints. Comfortable, clean, no bugs! I'm glad I landed here. It's a great place for a single person or a small family.
