We love brunch here! Wish they had more breakfast options for brunch though as it seems like a lot more lunch options and they're mostly meat so it's not that inclusive if you're a vegetarian. The live omelette station and the cakes are always my favorite!

After typing in Top restaurants in the area, this place was there with good reviews. I'm rushing in writing this review so I'll say all the dishes you see in the pictures posted here are delicious. My waiter was Jim, he was excellent with his service. The ambiance is beautiful, it a large place with different rooms to dine or have a private event. I would definitely return

Stopped in and ordered a Cuban Pulled Pork Panini with onion rings. It was very good the meat was moist and tasty and the onion rings were great. The waiter was very attentive and kept checking on us. The restaurant felt high class but with a casual vibe. I definitely would go again in the future

My husband and I went to Stoney Brook Grille for a weekday dinner and sat at a table in the bar area. I started off with the french onion soup which was really good, but my husband didn't enjoy the chicken noodle soup. He said it didn't have enough noodles and the bowl was shallow. For entrees, he enjoyed his jambalaya (be warned- it has a kick and can be too spicy for some!), but I didn't like the crab cake sandwich I ordered. There was something off about the seasoning for me. We also split a side of mac and cheese which I would recommend! I bumped my rating up from 3 stars to 4 because our server/one of the bartenders (unfortunately I forgot his name) was very personable and attentive.

The staff was super nice and the food was good. The Sunday brunch buffet had a lot of options and was delicious, great value.

We went out with our neighbors to celebrate the new year. It was a part of 8. We had no trouble with the reservation and they were quite willing to discuss where we'd be seated with my husband when he asked. We were seated immediately upon arrival even though we were the first to arrive. Our server, Sam was delightful. She was quite willing to answer questions. I started with the Misunderstood spritz. It was very nice. E has the loaded nachos (delicious but messy) and the calamari as table appetizers. There was plenty to go around. I had the wild mushroom stuffed ravioli. It was so good- I ate it all! My husband enjoyed the strip steak special as well as a house Cesar salad. He brought home leftovers. Everyone enjoyed their meals. The portions were generous. Two people had dessert- one chocolate peanut butter and one cheesecake. Both folks enjoyed their dessert. We sat and talked for quite awhile and never felt rushed. All in all a delightful evening!

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Stoney Brook Grill, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The ambiance was inviting and cozy, creating the perfect atmosphere for a memorable evening. There is occasionally live music, an excellent happy hour and even free bingo on Tuesdays - with prizes people actually want! I typically sit at the bar while I'm here and the bartenders are always extremely attentive and make excellent cocktails. The brown sugar old fashioned was an absolute delight, with just the right balance of sweetness and complexity. As for the bruschetta, it was simply divine. The combination of fresh tomatoes and fragrant basil provided a burst of flavor in every bite. Stoney Brook Grill always exceeds my expectations. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for an enjoyable, affordable and delicious dining experience in the area. I will surely return and explore more of their menu.

Par for the course. Stoney Brook was packed but thankfully we had a super attentive waiter. The calamari was rather large with not a ton of sauce to match. The French dip sandwich was quite good, but the au jus could have used more flavor. The pulled pork sandwich was rather small but a great addition of the apples. The crab cake dinner was large. The cakes had a decent amount of filing, but generally had good flavor. Nothing fancy. Nothing crazy. Overall decent meal.

Mediterranean salad, blacken salmon, grapeleave, feta cheese. So delicious!

Food was excellent , and the service top notch, our server, Edison was very friendly and nice. The owner, Simon was very engaging and pleasant. The food was fresh and super delicious. Can't wait to go back to try those crabcakes!!

The chef started us off with an amuse-bouche, a soup served in an espresso mug. As an appetizer, we had the crispy foraged maitake mushroom. It was very light and crispy, it reminded me of the coating on really good cod for fish and chips. Cocktail wise, I started off with the Alpine old fashioned which they smoked and my wife had a glass of Pinot Noir. For our entrees, my wife had the special which was a salmon with a parsley crust and fingerling potatoes. I went with the sea scallops with honey nut squash and maple-bacon jam. Both were very good. For dessert, we had a three cheese cheesecake and the Mexican chocolate soufflé. We enjoyed both. The soufflé was very good even without the vanilla-bourbon anglaise. The staff were all very friendly, from the valet at the front door, to the young women that took our coats, and the waitstaff that took our orders, filled our drinks and cleared the flatware. They had the fireplace going. There are sconces on the wall providing subtle lighting, along with small, cordless lamps on the tabletops. Since it's only about 15 minutes away, we'll probably return, even if it's just to hang out at the bar.

I literally said to myself as I drove around Somerville that I wish there was a wine or cocktail bar for...mature people like myself to chill at. So I looked up wine bars and boom - VintEdge was right down the street. I came in around 9pm, picked a comfy seat by the window, and ordered. Can you believe I had never had an espresso martini until that evening?? So my first was a pumpkin espresso martini. Well I may have had 2. And another drink. Ahem. The service was great, not fussy, and I wasn't rushed even as we approached last call. Visit 2: having heard about my great experience there alone, my cousin arranged to meet me there last week. Or so she thought. Through a series of mutual miscommunications, I was here at the crib waiting for her, while she was at the wine bar waiting for me. We had a 7 PM reservation on a Wednesday night, and the place and parking lot were packed! Good sign to start! To begin, I enjoyed the Ruby grapefruit mocktail. Although I'd love trying new and unique cocktails at different establishments, I was in the mood for something light and refreshing and nonalcoholic. This hit just a spot. For food, we started off with the margherita pizza to share. Then, I opted for the crispy, buttermilk chicken sandwich with malt vinegar, potato wedges/fries. It was very delicious. The sandwich was crispy and fresh and the bun looked like it was handcrafted. The malt fries were unique because they had a vinegar powder on them. I've never tasted malt vinegar before, and it was a unique texture. Our waitress was very friendly, but I wish she had been a bit more attentive. She only stopped by to ask us for our drink order, our food order, and to give the check. My friends wanted to order more drinks, but because she did not come around as frequently as we would have liked, they were unable to place another order. I will give her the benefit of the doubt, however, because the restaurant was bustling from start to finish. Overall, very nice setting and meal. Cute decor, including an Anthony Bourdain abstract portrait.
