We decided to try Mobile Home Doctors and I'm so glad we did. We got a reply right away- they came and looked at everything, gave us an estimate, and got right to work! After calling the other place over and over trying to get them to come out- it was so amazing and such a relief to have someone responding and actually getting stuff done. Jeff was great and explained everything he was doing- He went above and beyond! Even noticed some small projects we had been putting off and offered to finish them up as well. Using a remote camera system, he thoroughly explained how my existing piers had been constructed years ago and had deteriorated over time. He demonstrated how up-to-date technology and improved materials made the new piers superior to what I currently had. Not only did Josh and his crew arrive as scheduled to install the new piers and base supports, they worked diligently and efficiently. After hiring and suffering through dishonesty and horrible customer service by one of their competitors, I felt hopeless. I called HIBTA and spoke with Donna at the office. Next, Tom K rolled up. I showed Tom the repairs needed, and Tom provided a written quote within the next day or two. I took the next step and engaged by reviewing and signing the agreement. I then prayed to God that these guys would be honest and do good work. I received a call from Donna at the office with the start date and time. Next, Scott and family rolled up right on time, unloaded their tools and equipment, and began work. I could see that they are one with their work (having had a horrible experience with their competitor, I watched Scott & family work). Scott is a perfectionist. Tom was checking in on the job and would also do manual labor (dug a trench and tied in my new rain gutter system to an existing underground drainage system). HIBTA has performed beyond my expectations. City inspector signed off after each job at my home. Are there a few things that have to be dialed in? yes. The key takeaway here for me is that HIBTA PERFORMS and PERFORMS VERY WELL. I don't have to watch every move they make because they work on my home as if it were their own. I've told them, "I'll hand them the keys to the house, and kindly ask: please fix it". They answered my prayers. There is another mobile home business out there that will wreak havoc beneath your home, where you can't see what they're doing (or not doing). This other business actually left many uninstalled parts beneath my home; they didn't even complete the job. I discovered that there was something wrong. I had to call five or six times, and each time someone different would come out and try to sell me more, even though the original job was never completed (a nightmare). Now that I've learned what's good and who is best, the Gold Standard is Home Improvements by Tim Allard and their crew. Thank God. Take this as your green light to step forward with this business. I'm a happy customer. I have one other item needing to be corrected due to the incompetence of their competitor. I pray HIBTA will write a decent quote and be willing to do the job.

She contacted this bearded man who came to give her a quote. He started at 2500 for a simple mobile home roof repair. When my mother would not except price he lowered it all the way down to 1275 still promising same work for same contract. He repeatedly insisted my mother not be there when he performed work. When I got off work that day I decided something was funny about the situation and decided I would stop be my mothers house. I arrived at the same time she did to find both men, a big Santa clause looking guy and a man of Hispanic decent drinking beer. When I told the man I was going to go on the roof and check he began to panic. He said I cannot go on the roof because he had put his ladder away. So I went over to my mothers shed and put a ladder next to it, climbed up and looked on the roof, he had painted the area of access to the roof so I could not go up onto the roof. So we paid him the money and decided that I would check the roof the next day. The next day when I went to check the roof, I noticed that he did a quarter of what he promised my mother, So basically $1275 to paint the perimeter of the roof and caulk a little here and a little there. To make it look like he recaulked the perimeter which he promised in contract. I highly recommend you don't use this guy. He is completely dishonest and untrustworthy.

When I contacted him 6 weeks ago, I had no idea I had a prior piss-poor experience with him. I only found out I contacted him before when I texted him 6 weeks ago and a few texts from two years ago showed up in the conversation history. He flaked on me 2 years ago also. I called him in November and said I wanted my place leveled because I'm having new vinyl plank flooring put in. He told me he would look at his schedule and call me the following Monday. The call never came. I waited another week. I started blowing up his phone because I despise flakes. My last text was "Wednesdays are good". So what does he do? The next Wednesday, without calling, he sends someone out. I'm not even home at the time, you want to know why? My Mom died that day and I was meeting with my family. I get a call from Caleb that someone from his "company" is at my home. I get home and the guy starts taking off the skirting and spends about 45 minutes checking everything out. The guy then tells me my place is off 4 inches in some places and 8 inches in others but he can't start today because he doesn't have the materials. He said he'd call Caleb and give me an estimate. Caleb then calls me and says he'll get back to me with an estimate, but for now, pay the guy's gas, $200! My Mom died unexpectedly 5 hours before this so I'm not in a great frame of mind. I ask for the fee again and he repeats $200. So I ask the guy do you take a credit card or can I zelle you? He said No, he needs cash. He wants me to drive to the local liquor store and pay another $10 in fees to pay this now obviously minor league, crooked company. Anyway I get him the money. Now let's get to the estimate of the work. If my home was off level by 6-8 inches, the skirting around my place would have buckled, bent, and sure as hell wouldn't look perfect. The wall in my home would be cracked. Kitchen cabinets wouldn't stay shut, it would be real obvious that my home wasn't level. OPM is a shyster. I bet the guy makes a living without ever actually doing any work, just collecting gas money. Do not use this company unless you like talking to bullshit artists and hate your money.

We had him repair a trim/siding issue we had. He came up with a fantastic solution which saved us a bunch of headaches and money! He's helped us with a bathroom leak situation and spotted a serious duct problem while inspecting the area under my home. He took pictures and explained the problem with improperly installed ducts. He provided a very reasonable bid while communicating solutions that were reasonable and very affordable. My most recent experience, was a flood in my kitchen. Although I received a "cheaper bid" for these repairs, I didn't hesitate to use West Coast. I knew it would be done correctly, on time as scheduled and with proper materials.
