RVC HH/Coach agent, management and agency owners were fully aware of the situation and did nothing to make it right. In fact, they left the fake rental up on their site for months after. The woman there (unsure she was a secretary or a realtor) had short blonde hair with her mask on inside with no one else in the whole office says to me while I wait outdoors "you should have a mask on".
