And that's when I found out about COFEC (Community Outreach Financial Education Class) with the help of Sheng Vang and Terrie Bui through one of my colleagues. A few months ago, I joined one of their weekly Saturday workshops​ to help find the financial peace of mind. I was blown away by the amount of knowledge and their mission to reach out to the community to impact and ensure families get the right education with the right resources that fit best for their success. I prefer to hire people who are paying attention to their own accounts as he did. Joe is charming and reassuring. Over the phone, he explained everything he would need from me and told me what to expect from him. He shared how he would help, providing best and worst case scenario. And a timeline. Joe moved away from California, but does return regularly as he's a Ducks fan and has season tickets. He may have been worth the price he quoted. I don't know. The two other quotes I got were more than 50% less than what he quoted. It does not make sense for me to pay 2x as much for somebody living in another state to do my taxes.
