They sent it in to the company and I got a brand new bag back for the mere cost of shipping!!! And it doesn't end there. I started eyeing a slightly bigger (more expensive) bag. I need and have used a big bag for when I go to Europe for three weeks and am always looking for more space! So I asked Matt if I could trade in the new bag for a larger bag. He said yes! He only charged me the difference between the trade in bag and the bag I took home!!! I got a LARGER, BRAND NEW bag, for a fraction of the cost!!! I made it clear to Matt that I was tremendously thankful and that they were awesome. Totally worth it. These guys are great!!!!

They literally know me.....anyways....I took back WITH RECEIPT. But bc it wasn't within 24 hrs they wouldn't exchange it. The explanation I got was "Well, did you not open it and try it before you drove away? We tell ALL of our customers to open before leaving." No tf don't! And no where is there a policy that states you can't return something after 24 hours. I'm HIGHLY frustrated. It's only $14 but when you go through a vape ev few days. It's costly. In fact as an example, a fifth of peach schnapps was $5 less in this store as opposed to the 3 Madison liquor stores, and that was the exact same brand and size.
