It is important to…read moreget any eye injury checked however and the staff are thorough,knowledgeable, friendly and helpful so you do feel that the wait is worth it. There are parking spaces on the road side and the access into and around the hospital is good. The area is clean, tidy and well lit. Be aware however if you have had an accident the lotions they squirt into your eye can mean that driving is dangerous so ask someone else to take you even if you feel you can drive there yourself.

There are lots of alternative therapies on offer here as well. The doctors are kind and understanding and the receptionists friendly and helpful. There is a small parking area outside which seems ample for drivers and the centre itself is always clean and tidy with ample lighting and a sense of calm. The nurses are angels and it feels like everyone there is doing the best job that they can. There are male and female doctors for you too see and private things dont need to be discussed at reception in front of the whole waiting room. This centre is also shared by another doctor who is independent but it doesnt interefere with the general running of the surgery in any way

Amazing service thank you…read more It is Friday evening and i am having a sudden issue with my lower leg after a run, it is painful and i am not sure what to do. I ring Fey Pedler and leave a message to call me, as Sunday i have a 20 mile race. Saturday morning i get a call and book an appointment for that morning, the staff on the phone do everything they can to help and are sympathetic to my issue. After 45mins with Duncan, were he puts me through a number of questions and physical tests he quickly diagnosis the issue. He treats me immediately and discusses what i need to do to resolve the issue myself. Within 45mins i am walking out with my head held high. Sunday, i run 20 miles with some stiffness from the massage, but this eases quickly. The leg gives me no problems what so ever. Fantastic kind, caring and professional help.
