The answering service tries to schedule you to different offices. Trying to speak with someone at the office, you're on hold for 20 plus minutes. You finally get a hold of a real person, and they are just plain rude and unhelpful. The office staff has no compassion and adds stress to an already stressful situation. Once this practice was sold to Mercy and the original doctors started retiring, it lost all sense of mercy. The retired doctors did find fabulous replacements, the office staff make it incredibly difficult to see them. No wonder Dr. offices are losing so much revenue to Urgent Cares.

Every time I have been seen here the "nurses" seem lost. The first visit, I had a nurse stick me 3 times and couldn't draw blood, then when I asked for someone else to draw the blood everyone was offended and acted like I was bothering them. Then every single time I see dr doriott she is telling me I need t take a slew of medications. Mind you, I have never had high blood pressure, yet every visit I'm told I have hbp and she is telling me I have to take blood pressure medication. None of the nurses could even figure out how to take my blood pressure the first time I was there. After avoiding a new prescription every visit, dealing with it just to get my prescription refilled today was the last straw. I called to reschedule my appointment because I picked my kid up early the receptionist told me to come in at 240. I get there at 239 and the old lifeless receptionist looked visibly angry. I said "hi I'm here for my appointment" she angrily pointed at the clipboard for me to sign in, I signed in and asked if I could use Apple Pay. Immediately the rep seemed annoyed with my request, she said "yeah we accept Apple Pay, but only on that computer I already have you pulled up on this computer" so I said "I don't have my card can we just use the other computer?" The rep had a MELTDOWN. Threw her pen and other stuff across the counter and screamed at me "I F***ING GUESS" I didn't expect the receptionist to cuss me out today for asking to use Apple Pay so I calmly started recording her erratic behavior, when I told the receptionist I was probably no longer using this doctors office because I felt uncomfortable with her behavior she left and went to talk to dr Doriott. I was left in the lobby from 241-3pm when a different receptionist came to call my name and take me back to be seen for my visit. When I got to the privacy of the room, I felt I should mention the episode the receptionist had, as a business owner I would want to know if one of my employees was treating a client disrespectfully so that I could take necessary corrective action but as I was telling the nurse what happened DR Doriott busts in the room accuses me of lying about the interaction and says "Oh yeah? That's not what I heard" then implies I somehow caused this situation and asks me to leave. Now I haven't gotten my refill for the medication I desperately need, I paid $75 for my visit and wasn't even seen. DO NOT GO HERE!! PATIENTS BEWARE!! THEY STOLE THE $75 THE OWNER ALLOWS HER EMPLOYEES TO TREAT EVERYONE BADLY WITH NO ACCOUNTABILITY!!! AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! AWFUL PEOPLE!!!

When I arrived, the women at the counter finished checking me in. They were nice enough, but not super friendly. The waiting room is large and unassuming. Everything seemed pretty clean. I only had to wait about 20 min, which is great for Urgent Care. After the nurse took my vitals and listened to my concerns, I only had to wait another 5 minutes for the doctor. Overall, I was in and out in far less time than expected. The dr. only spent a brief moment with me before sending some prescriptions over to the pharmacy. While I don't feel like I got many answers about my illness, I did receive quick care and some medication that will hopefully have me feeling better quickly. I would return for future medical needs.

My child came in for xray of an arm injury (a break) and clear as day said he was "fine no break" and sent him home with ibuprofen and said "if my radiologist finds anything you will receive a call". No call after one day and called the office over 5 times, no answers to any of my attempted calls. His arm continues to get worse so we head to children's ER where it is under an hr diagnosed with a break of the elbow. I should be able to trust and have confidence that if you provide x rays you will be competent enough to read the results and not send a child home with a broken limb. Do not come here unless you have a common cold.
