This is a community/regional shopping mall located nicely near the heart of the city. It offers…read moremost of the services you would expect, but many brands you probably like are nowhere to be found. In fact, there aren't many brand stores as such. For me, this makes shopping take some unnecessary effort. There is no food court, but there are several restaurants that offer some variety. Again, when shopping for clothes the absence of brand stores is a bit of a problem for me. Other specialist stores, such as book stores, are generally pretty weak with few exceptions. There is a GameStop. There is no real electronics store, but you will at least find all the operator stores (with long lines) here. The parking garage is fairly spacious (with a car wash service that I have never tried) and the mall is easy to access by foot from pretty much any direction. The opening hours are also pretty good. Convenient when the weather is bad. There's an app for Koskikeskus. It looks like it's in Finnish only but there are symbols that should help. May be worth checking out if you can't find your way around the place. Overall, this mall is still okay.

The center lies beside the water that runs trough the city and thats the backround of the center name. Koskikeskus transelated is "center by the riverfalls" I recommend everyone to visit Koskikeskus if you are in Tampere!

Price's are your normal Finnish prices but comparing to other supermarkets this must be a bit cheaper than Citymarket or smaller stores like Siwa, Alepa, Sale, S-market or K-market.
