I called to check on my repairs and he knew my whole order. I do recommend planning in advance, especially if you are getting shoes resoled and he has to order new soles. I have had several pairs of shoes repaired here and it is my go to repair shop now! Best of all was new soles on a pair of Birkenstocks.....they were like new but broken in. She totally transformed my very formal evening gown into the most stunning one-shoulder gown, perfect for my niece's outdoor summer wedding. I was really impressed with the variety in styles and sizes they had for wedding dresses. With the help of Amy and Brittany, I ended finding quite literally my dream dress. Though I did not end up getting any alterations here, I am certain that Pat would have done a fabulous job!! 10/10 would recommend going here.
