Unfortunately, very poor customer service both times I accompanied my boyfriend to tailor his suit for school. The first time we did adjustments, we were shocked by the quote the lady (a short elder woman with glasses and curly hair) gave us and, while we discussed the prices if it was worth it (the price she gave us almost cost as much as the suit and pants itself!), she was making us feel guilty that she did all the measurements and might not do business with her, making it apparent that we were just "wasting her time." So without many other tailoring options in laval and feeling pressured, she tailored the suit and pants for us. The tailoring was fine. The second time, we came on a Saturday so it was a lot busier than the first time. A nice Vietnamese elder lady did my boyfriend's suit adjustments and we were happy with what has to be done. When we got to the cash, the same lady from our first visit was there again, being generally very rude and snappy to us. Another customer was saying how she was collecting her clothes there to bring to another tailor since Stitch It has given her previous bad experiences before as well. We decided to go with another tailor who respects their customers and has more empathy towards their clients. If customer service isnt your priority, their tailoring skills are good. Otherwise, i would not recommend solely based on how bad I felt leaving the store. read more

This is a great little shop. It accepts payment in all types and is located in Carrefour Mall. They don't speak great English but I managed to communicate with the woman. My daughter needed a dress altered smaller and it turned out great. It was a beautiful alteration and fit her perfectly after. They have pickup available the next day and I found the prices very affordable. I found the experience highly professional as well. You prepay for the alteration and quickly pickup your item with the receipt. I loved also how they were open 7 days a week which made it easier for me. Highly recommend checking them out. read more
