When I first hired Kim, I was overjoyed to have her photograph my wedding and bridal portraits. She…read morewas a great interview and told me exactly what I wanted to hear. My bridals turned out great - they did need some re-editing, but that was due to my preference for brighter more vibrant hues of color. The wedding went great too; however, her assistant photographer that I'd paid extra for months in advance didn't show. It has now been over 6 months since I got married and I still haven't been refunded for this because she supposedly paid the assistant in advance and couldn't get him to pay her back. Not my problem. I wrote the check to her not the assistant. I filed complaints with the BBB and Attorney General's office and she wasn't phased by it. Kim has a good eye and captured some great moments in my wedding but I ended up having to re-edit every single one of my pictures because she still didn't understand the style I was looking for, and didn't edit out the videographer in a lot of the photos. I hired her based on images from her website and the fact that she said she could do anything I wanted to the pictures. Unfortunately our relationship turned sour and she chose not to make it right. Hire her at your own risk but be prepared to get your photos back after all your other friends who got married after you have theirs back. She also didn't provide a highlight slideshow for me to share as a sneak preview before the photos were done. It was very disappointing. Make sure you get in writing a specific amount of time for the return of your photos because her contract doesn't make that clear either. She can take as long as she wants and make the excuse that some photographers take up to 6 months. She was completely unprofessional about the whole situation.

I can't honestly describe how great of a job One Moment One Shot did for our wedding. They took…read morethat "One Moment" and gave us a lifetime of memories. They actually were able to get that "One Shot" in more than one way and we are thoroughly happy with all of our pictures. Rodney and Tanya perform at the highest level of professionalism and I couldn't of asked them for more. The best part about this company is how the very next day they had a sneak peak of over 20 pictures for us to view. I never expected to see so many pictures so soon but it shows how dedicated they are to making their customers happy. We will be using One Moment One Shot again because after this experience we wouldn't have it any other way ;o)  April Booker
