i would give ZERO STARS if I could!! Terrible customer service. Charged us for an hour visit instead of 30 minutes, even though he was there for about 5-10 minutes... When I asked him why we didn't get charged for a half hour, he tried to tell me it was because he charges from the time he leaves the shop until he gets back and that according to that it took him longer than half an hour, when i called him out on the fact that his shop is a few miles from our house and that with 10 min tops that he was here and the few mile drive, that there was no way it took over 30 mins, he then changed his story to "he charges everyone an hour." When i talked to him again he tried to lie and say that he was there a long time before i arrive, i called him out on that as well and told him his son told me when i arrived that they had just got there a few mins prior to me. His response "whatever." TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND OVERPRICED! you will be much happier going elsewhere, and end up with more money in your pocket after! read more
