During our June vacation in Italy, on our last night in Sorrento, we discovered a wonderful ceramic shop named "STINGA INTARS" and purchased several items for shipment back to our home in New York.
The pieces were exquisite, but we were worried about bringing them back in our luggage, so we were delighted when the proprietor offered to construct a wooden crate (with styrofoam padding) and ship them (for a modest fee). He did warn us that it would take several weeks for delivery.
However,it is now over two months and no crate has yet arrived!
We did receive one cardboard box containing only two of the items (but one of these, a small spaghetti gauge, was broken due to padding with newspaper only)
We anxiously await the remainder of our shipment from this otherwise fine establishment. read more
