And don't you DARE try to pay a mortgage off early, they practically vomit on you when you show up with the money. I am so glad I don't have to give these people my money, because their business skills are clearly lacking. I'd rather pay a higher interest rate. Better yet, just don't even try to buy a house in Wyoming. If at all possible, get out of this state. There's a reason the Wyoming alcoholism and suicide rates are so high.
