Very nice people. Went above and beyond and reasonably priced. Excellent work. 10/10 would use them again.

Archery shop is a joke. bought a new Mathews bow, and after multiple trips back to the store, I…read moreended up having to go to a real archery shop and pay to have the bow tuned. Save your time and go somewhere else, they can't/wont tune the bows they sell.

Took my Honda generator to the shop because it suddenly quit running. I bought the generator there…read moreand I always wanted them to do the maintenance thinking this would make it more reliable. So we take it there and they diagnose the problem. Its a blown fuse to the fuel pump. They call a few days layer saying it's the auto idle switch. Then they call a few days later and say the generator is overcharging. All the while they're supposed to be fixing this stuff. We had asked them to service it while it was there. Being a generator its sits alot with little use except when the power is out. So they keep it for two weeks. They call and say its ready and the charge is $550 dollars. Said it would be another $1000 to fix the overcharging issue. When we get there two hours later, they try to add two more hours of maintenance at $100 an hour. They also say the part to repair the overcharging was now $600 instead of $1000. We said no thanks on anymore work. We should have fussed more about the additional shop charges but they did take one hour off. When we get home we discover they didn't repair the auto idle switch. They just wired around it. Drained all my fresh gas out. Left the battery isolation switch on and ran my new battery down. I've spent alot of money at this place in the past. It seems to me that I got gouged based on the work that was (or wasn't) performed. I'm sure they have an excuse and no, I haven't called to complain. I'll just take my business elsewhere in the future. I would encourage others to do the same.

When I pulled my boat out of his shop to get the repairs done by a different technician Anthony got mad and went up on his diagnostic charges from $1200. to $1600. I live on the lake and did not own a trailer. Anthony came and picked up my boat with his trailer and he damaged the propeller on my forward facing drive and refuses to pay for the repair of the propeller. I went and purchased a trailer just to get my boat away from Anthony.

We had our jet ski repaired here several times in the last few months. The owner is great, however…read morethe office manager they have is the nastiest woman I've ever dealt with. There were repairs made without us knowing and we were expected to pay $500 without ever agreeing upon or giving the approval to make the repairs. We paid the $500 in repairs and after a couple of minutes of being on the water our jet ski breaks again leaving us stranded. The next morning we had a conversation with said office manager and explained that we need to be called to agree on any repairs before they take place so we're not charged for something that we don't want to go through with. A day later we get called that our jet ski is ready. They went thorough with the repairs without calling to let us know yet again. We went in to pick it up and told the office manager we'd like to talk to her. Before we could even get another word out she began yelling at us that she won't be talking to us and that she's calling the owner. After getting off the phone with the owner she proceeds to throw the keys to our jet ski at us screaming "You win! F*** you!" and started walking away. We called out "Ma'am" wanting to continue to explain to her to please just call us next time but she turned around screaming at us to get out and that she was calling 911. We turned around and walked out and loaded up our jet ski and she came out on the phone as we drove away. I would not recommend this establishment solely based on the awful customer service provided by the office manager.
