I paid for my car to be diagnosed and fixed. car was not diagnosed or fixed after 3 different attempt's. No refund has been given. Even though they admit not fixing my car as requested to do. Im having to take legal proceedings to recover my money. Garage employs eastern European mechanics, which talk very little english. I like the staff as people helpful and kind. although complete lack of professional skills in dealing with customers and cars. they also are not so very helpful and kind when you request your money back. This is a garage that claims Main dealer expertise at local prices. labour is £40 per hour and is probably paid less than minimum wage.
