Have been going to this store for the past 4+ years now. Great manager! Find the staff generally helpful. If it's not on the floor can take a while to get to the store if you order something. Pretty great on returns though, read more

DON'T buy anything from this company online. They will try to ship you used equipment and pass it off as new. They ignore all emails and have the worse customer service of all the online music retailers I've ever dealt with. You have been warned. NOT a reputable seller!!! read more
