I had a consultation call with Osiel and I'm so grateful for his guidance. He not only called me…read moreback exactly as promised, but also gave me thoughtful and respectful advice without charging me. His advice on how to handle my matter was clear, and he assured me of how to resolve it efficiently and professionally with Florida Revenue. That kind of integrity and professionalism is rare. His team was also very courteous and helpful. Their office is bilingual, so I never felt uncomfortable even though I don't speak Spanish. They made sure to let me know Osiel would return my call, and he did exactly that. Even though I wasn't a paying customer this time, he treated me with the same level of care you'd expect if you were. When I have future business, I'll 100% be coming here. I highly recommend Ulloa and their team, not just Osiel, if you're looking for trustworthy, knowledgeable, and professional service.

Worst customer service I've ever had in my life. David did…read morenot communicate with us how our book would be printed- and the pages ended up being in the wrong order. He then had a tantrum and ripped out one of the pages and proceeded to want to CHARGE US for the reprint.... Keep in mind this was a $200 book and he still wanted an extra $50 to reprint it. When he had ripped out the page he also messed up our cover, and when he went to try and scrape it off and wasn't able to, he told us to leave and threatened to call the police. I never leave reviews but this experience was too horrible to not warn others. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. Even the way he spoke to us was the most condescending and unprofessional way i've ever been spoken to in my life. We were nothing but respectful, calm and polite, but David was basically throwing the equivalent of an adult tantrum ESPECIALLY when he ripped out the page in front of us. Extremely unprofessional behavior and inappropriate- aside from the fact that the book came out wrong. DO NOT PRINT HERE.
