I was at Essentia UC on a Sunday for an injury that required sutures. Though there were many people…read morethere, I was seen very quickly. Intake was efficient and as mentioned I was prepared to wait but was only about 15 minutes. The Nurse Missy- was wonderful, efficient, personable and knowledgeable. I shared some medical information and needed to be sure the NP was aware prior to treating the injury. The NP (sorry, forgot her name but she was great) was fantastic, discussed my concerns ahead of time, explained what she needed to do and thanks to the preparations, I didn't feel a thing! How great when you are getting stiches. I was prepared for a so-so experience knowing UC is rough on a regular day let alone a weekend--but these folks are great, efficient and very kind. I am grateful to have the professional healthcare near us and the folks who worked a Sunday morning and still managed to smile and provide great care.
