I've been patiently waiting to share my thoughts and feelings about Dr. Tohme's practice until…read moreafter my mother's procedures were completed, hoping that sharing my experience might help others make the right decision when choosing a periodontist. The day of my mom's first procedure in December 2022 has left a lingering pit in my stomach due to how poorly the practice dealt with her care. First, I informed the dental assistants and front desk staff that my mom requested not to be put on major painkillers after her surgery as they make her sick. I asked if they could prescribe her extra-strength Tylenol or Motrin instead. The staff informed me that they only prescribe major painkillers like OxyContin and Vicodin and advised me to contact my mom's general doctor to have them prescribe her extra-strength Tylenol. My mom's doctor was out of the office that day, so I had to leave multiple voicemails requesting a prescription. The office staff saw me struggling to get ahold of my mom's doctor but still refused to prescribe anything but major painkillers. While this was happening, the office staff were making flower bouquets and gift baskets for the holiday season, adding to my frustration. Additionally, they did not prescribe any anti-anxiety medication for my mom before her procedure, which seemed odd, especially since I had received Ativan from my doctors before my wisdom teeth surgery and back surgery. My mom underwent an extremely painful and complex procedure without being completely under anesthesia. She was awake during the surgery, and I can't imagine the anxiety she must have felt. Knowing that the doctor had the option to prescribe anti-anxiety medication but chose not to does not sit right with me. Furthermore, the office staff did not ensure all financial matters were settled before the procedure. As my mom was in oral surgery, I had to be on the phone with her bank to pay the remainder of her procedure. The front desk called me to inform me they still needed further payments while she was in the middle of surgery. I have no idea why they waited until then to inform me. The staff continued making flower bouquets and gift baskets while I was on the phone with the bank and my mom was undergoing oral surgery. They seemed to prioritize holiday preparations over patient care, which felt extremely out of touch and rude. The staff also knew I was my mom's primary caretaker post-procedure but never informed me what to expect, how much pain she would be in, or how to properly care for her. This lack of communication made the experience traumatizing for me, as I had no idea what to expect. Witnessing my mom in immense pain and constant bleeding from her mouth after the procedure was heart-wrenching. Her general dentist, Dr. Frankel, recommended this practice to my mother. I had to text him in the evening after my mom's procedure, asking what to do and how to manage her pain since Dr. Thome did not respond to any of my calls. I was scared and unsure of what to do. This was an emotionally taxing experience for my mom that spanned two years. After countless conversations with my mom regarding her experience, I would say that Dr. Frankel and Dr. Thome did not communicate effectively about my mom's procedure. The process was not straightforward, and it took countless follow-up appointments with my mom's general dentist to get things right. During one appointment, Dr. Thome told my mom she was being too emotional. Throughout the entire experience, Dr. Thome had terrible bedside manner. My mom even mentioned that her battle with chemo and breast cancer wasn't as difficult as her dental procedures with Dr Tohme's practice.

A great Office, Doctor and Staff, I love my smile , I would recommend this office to all my friends…read moreand family. Dr. Tohme resorted my smile back, his knowledge and gentle manner made it a very pleasant experience

As soon as you get into the office you know that you finally find the right place, ultra clean,…read morefriendly staff, easy to book appointments. You can't ask for a better treatment. During my search for a Dentist for my 4 in 1 I visited 4 different Dentist and Dr Attar was the only one to took the time to explain the whole implant process including time frames for each step so I went into the whole process completely informed about what to expect. His hours are really flexible (it also works some weekends) so it was always easy to accommodate to my needs. I was so happy with him that he is now our family Dentist, he also treat my special needs son and I can not say anything but praises about his patience and dedication. out of 5 starts he has a 10 in my book!

I have probably posted 4 or 5 reviews in my life and I am 50 years old, but I am compelled to…read moreprovide this review. Dr. Attar and his staff are top notch in advanced dentistry including surgery and customer service. I am a real stickler on customer service and I have been consistently impressed. Dr. Attar performed a challenging surgery for me that even an ENT could not do and an oral surgeon wasn't sure about. It was performed in his office with complete confidence rather than in a hospital at less than 25% of the cost. Dr. Attar has all the advanced equipment including a 3D panoramic x-ray scanner. My wife also had implants done by Dr. Attar and has had no issues. I guess he trains other dentists in implant techniques. She is the one who told me to go to Dr. Attar after five years trying to find a solution for the pain through an ENT and an oral surgeon. Don't hesitate going to see Dr. Attar for help.

I can't say enough about this location. I have extreme anxiety about the dentist. Just thinking…read moreabout it makes me feel sweaty and shaky and weak in the knees. Dr Smith is amazing. He is warm, patient, and kind. Jess did a great job with my deep cleaning. I can't remember the name of the hygienist that works with Dr Smith (Marlene maybe???) I might not remember her name but I certainly remember her great attitude and calming nature. They are two of the most understandings and caring health care professionals I've encountered. Both of them are super supportive of the recovery community. No one likes going to the dentist, but everyone from front the office staff to the billing in the back are awesome at their jobs and take great pride in their work. I'm so thankful for all ofthese guys for getting my dental health back on track. Another 5 star review for Dr Smith and MaryAnn! The entire office is actually excellent. I was recently laid off and will be transitioning into new insurance. I wanted to have everything taken care of while my deductible was met. The staff got me scheduled for ALL my dental work in one day! There is no way I could have had 4 filings replaced and a tooth extraction AND a root tip removal in one day anywhere else. My 10AM appointment to have two fillings replaced went exactly as scheduled- while checking out the office staff informed me of a 3pm last minute cancellation. They had me come back that afternoon for two more filling replacements. I jokingly told Dr Smith why not just pull the tooth and root tip too? And he did! I wanted to get it all out of the way as soon as possible. He made sure I was comfortable the entire time. His hygienists in the afternoon switched around my bite block and modified some things to maximize my comfort. No one loves seeing the dentist, but it's about as painless as possible with the great the great team at Frankel Dentistry! I had a consult between appointments regarding dental implants and both of the ladies who helped me were great. They gave me so much information and even got me a referral for Invisalign. I might have a little pain today, but I've definitely got a lot to smile about.

Looks good but these people don't know what they're doing! Came in for an infection in my tooth,…read morethey did X-rays, should've know they weren't smart because the lady that gave me the X-ray didn't know how to put the "X-ray piece" in my mouth. She kept hurting me, like pressing the thing against my tongue. She finally just used her fingers to hold the piece in place. Then after the doctor told me I had "new" cavities, and it wasn't from the root canal I just got from them, I asked the doctor about antibiotics and something for pain, he looked me in my eyes and told me he'd give me something for the pain, which can be excruciating. Fast forward to two days later, I'm at work and my tooth is on 10. I call the next morning @ 7:30 the tell me the doctor will call me back. 12 noon comes, I call them, they have no recollection of me calling, then they put me on hold for 10 minutes then drop me. I call back, they give me some BS excuse saying that they computers went down. Then after an 8 minute wait, then come back and tell me to alternate btw ibuprofen & Tylenol! I'm like "the doctor looked me dead in my eyes and told me, emphatically that they would give me something for pain!" She said the doctor said I should contact my PCP for that. Then why did you tell me you would handle that? I couldn't been called my PCP if that's the case. She wasn't even gone to say anything about the antibiotics I had to tell her I needed that too! Very unprofessional and Will tell everyone I know NOT to go here! Looks nice but they're very unprofessional and really only care about your insurance. They kept saying the 1st time I was there, "you got that good insurance!" I work for Chrysler and definitely will relay the message that this place sucks!!!!
