This practice should tell you when making an appointment that you're required to wear a mask at all times during your visit. After checking in, getting temperature taken (not told what it was) and asked if I've traveled outside of Maine, NH or VT in the last 14 days I was brought back to a room. She then asked me to keep a face mask on. I questioned why I need to wear it in the exam room (I have asthma and severe anxiety when face is covered). She said it was mandatory and would go check with Rachel (NP) to see if they would still see me. She sent Laura (office manager) in to talk about wearing the face mask in the room, said I swore at the nurse and it would be best to just go to urgent care. Extremely unprofessional. As I was leaving Dr Collins (known for 30+ years) was in the hallway and I had a brief discussion about what had just happened in his office and was there to have my ears checked. He had given me a prescription (antibiotic) in April while out of state. Ear pain is back and so am I. He could've taken me in and checked my ears. Instead, told me Rachel is still on the phone (40 minutes after 11am appointment time) and to call in if I'd like a prescription refill. I've had severe dizziness and and vertigo for 2 months, never had an ear infection and my grandfather died of brain cancer. Wow, thanks Doc.

Do not go to this office. I started my fertility journey 2 years ago with Marc Duhaime after being…read morea patient there since I was 15 years old. Duhaime blamed failed cycles on me and would tell me I messed him up. After telling me I would never get pregnant without providing any evidence, I decided enough was enough. I have tried to transfer out of this facility and Dr. Duhaime refuses to release my records. I informed him I wanted a consult for IVF after he recommended it and he refused to send my records to my consult even though this is a service he cannot provide. My new obgyn office has called him multiple times and read him the law to which he is still refusing to send my records. Even if you get pregnant while seeing him he only does the first few weeks of pregnancy and then refers you out, but good luck getting your records when he does that. Since I have been in this office since I was 15, I have seen the revolving door of staff. I have seen countless providers randomly leave and nurses quit every few month. Dr. Duhaime has quite the reputation in the medical world. Don't believe me? Ask any other OB in the state of NH and when they make that shocked face you'll know not to go there. If that isn't enough to make you stay away from this office, ask any OB about how he is banned from hospitals, which is why he doesn't do deliveries anymore. Before booking here I would definitely read every review and choose very wisely, or just save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere.

I have been very adamant that I want to figure out what is causing this but they just keep "keeping their eye on it". They just want to slap a hormone pill on it and call it a day While having me come in every 2 months for the same visit where they tell me nothing, try nothing new and then tell me to come back in 2 months. In addition, the front office messes up payments ALL the time which results in bills that don't make any sense and their office manager in-and-of herself is enough to make a person never want to step foot into the practice again. She once approached me in the waiting room and discussed my bill with me in a public space. I only had a Bill because the front office didn't type in the right amount when they swiped my card and I didn't notice at the time, when I tried to explain this to the manager she brushed me off as if I was lying and didn't seem to understand how unprofessional it was that she would discuss this matter with me in the waiting room. I am finally seeing a doctor who is looking into all Possible reasons that this could be happening with me - There are other fantastic practices in the area, please explore them!

We stood in the waiting room behind the patient in front of us who was checking in. Once that patient was checked in and they got to us they did not indicate we couldn't be seen. They proceeded to go through the paperwork, taking the insurance card and copying it, etc. Once all of that was done the receptionist said she would let them know we were there. She then said they couldn't see us because we were past the strict 10 minute policy. My poor son is 5 years old and has had sudden hearing loss for the past 6 days. I understand having a late policy and needing to stick to it. How there was not consideration for the fact that we were NOT 10 minutes late and we were waiting to be checked in, in addition to the fact that life happens (getting stuck behind a bus) AND there was no care about the fact that we are talking about the sudden loss of hearing of a 5 year old child is beyond me. If the practice can not treat their patients with care and function black and white without consideration of barriers beyond control of their patients then I do not want to be cared for here. When we left my poor child said "Wait what are we doing? I can't hear. They were going to help me." ...I thought the same.
