It just doesn't get any better, the level of service they provide and customer care is unmatched not only by any lending company but really by any service around you can find, they just don't seem to make people like this anymore, so glad we found them and used them for both of our most recent home purchases and will always use them in the future now! They respond immediately to any and all questions you can think of (and believe me I had many because every home purchase is unique no matter how many times you have done it!) They are practically on call if you need them like a Doctor is :) Need an emergency pre-approval letter done super quickly, like on a holiday weekend because you didn't think you were going to put an offer in but you decided to? They got that... They also are completely familiar with VA loans as well and can do those easily! This branch is poorly managed because there is always 6+ people in line inside and they only use one of the drive-through's available and it's always backed up too. if you are going at lunch, forget it, it will cost you at least an hour because there is usually only one teller. Any other time of day minimum 30+ minutes to make a simple deposit or withdrawal . I am currently looking at relocating all of my accounts.
