They didn't take it and let me know they'd have to run their own diagnostic and would charge me for it. I let them know I was referred here by a shop that recommended them and a guy across the shop quite literally scoffed and said they weren't affiliated with them. They quoted me over $1000 to replace the radiator; to be fair, my jeep sucks to work on and is labor intensive, but keep in mind the part is about $200. I told them I'd come pick her up and to leave it alone. When I came to get it, I listened to them lecture an old man about how it's the busiest time of year and they can't fix his stuff today, the guys are blistered up, unfortunately this, excuse that, etc. Wrote him off without any time estimates and called it a day. I paid for my diagnostic, walked out and waited for them to pull my car up and saw a mechanic leaning on my door talking to the driver, dragging his big belly with his metal pens and his buttons all over my door. I'm writing a review because their attitudes honesty suck and their customer service is pretty bad unless you go along with whatever they say. Don't bring your car here if you care how they treat you- I can't speak to how good their work is because I didn't have them do anything, but in my experience, integrity is a pretty good indicator of work ethic.
