Bozberg's a company you can trust. From day 1 when there…read moreplanner came to the house till the last day everything ran without a hitch. If you consider the upheaval, that is a pretty bold statement. We were given a schedule of works that showed who would be at the house and when, and they stuck to this unreservedly. Our special thanks go to Don the cabinet fitter who also became our very own project manager, no job was too much for this guy. He organised the electrician and plumber as well as helping remove our old floor. He is an old style craftsman, who's attention to detail was unbelievable. The office staff were also very helpful and they pulled the whole thing together. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone. Costas & Joanne Costantinou

Was phoned on the day to double check timings and again 5 mins before the team arrived to tell me they were on their way. Fantastic customer service! The Cleaner Cleaner team were a crack squad, friendly, helpful and amazing at their jobs (starting and finishing exactly to quote). That night I got a call to check that everything had gone well and I was delighted with all that they had done. I would highly recommend Cleaner, cleaner.

I used this company for a fitted bathroom and at the time I wasn't disappointed but five years down…read morethe line we have found that they didn't remove the old tiles when they re tiled they tiled over the old ones. The new tiles are now lifting away from the old ones underneath. The guy who came to give us a quote wasn't the most reliable I had to chase him up as he had forgotten and was on another job (but that's life I suppose) We went on holiday for two weeks and left him the key so I suppose you live and learn. Moral of this is to keep an eye on the workers. I can't complain he was the cheapest and I suppose you get what you pay for as the saying goes. Would I recommend him yes with caution!

I thought i would leave it a while before letting you know how it has been working. We are sure you will be pleased, though prehaps not surprised, to know that the hedgehog roll has been a complete success! I wish we had done it years ago. I would certanly reccomend this to anyone experencing these sort of problems. It is definatly a worthwhile investment and permanent solution to the problem. Karen.

Darren, who visited me to see what was required, was both friendly & knowledgeable, not pushy or demanding like many double glazing companies you seem to hear about these days. I was very happy with the quote given and was kept updated by the lovely Sue, who was always available by email and phone. They went above and beyond in getting the window fitted very quickly for me, as I was struggling to heat my home during winter 2021 due to the large hole created for the window. To do so they fitted me in on a Saturday. A few weeks later my two doors were fitted, again on a Saturday, way ahead of what I was expecting! Three guys in total fitted the window & the 2 doors. They were all very friendly, answered questions & nothing was too much, no mess left was behind either. I was told that if I encounter any issues whatsoever, to call them and they would visit. Nothing to date. This is a local company in Sudbury, that does things the right way. Everyone that I interacted with was friendly and helpful. I thoroughly recommend them. Glenn Hutton

A few weeks later they arrived to fit the pane. The pane was of good quality and blended well with the existing framework etc. They kept us up to date with what was going on so communication was excellent. We were also surprised at how cheap the pane was. In fact it was below our insurance excess so we didn't even have to claim. It is a shame we had arranged to have some of our windows replaced prior to dealing with Suffolk Doors and Windows as I would happily use the again.
