We currently live out of country so it was very important for us to find the right fit for this situation. It can be very scary entrusting your home with people you don't know, but we feel very pleased with the tenants Matt helped us find and where we are at with our rental. From coaching us with prep before hitting the market, to managing the rental process, and even doing a mid-lease follow up to make sure everything was going well, we would totally recommend Matt and would definitely love to continue working with him! Also a big loving shout out to Brel themselves - Mel & Brendan - 2 incredible people!! Thank you for all the love, fun, & guidance over the years, we adore you both and wish you and your team nothing but the best!

We just sold our home through BREL and we could not have been happier!…read more We had some bad experiences in the past with agents when selling our previous homes, so we did a LOT of research to find the right agent to sell this one. After interviewing 4 agents, we went with Lisa Bednarski and BREL and we are so glad we did. Lisa's enthusiasm, positive attitude, and excitement at the challenge was a refreshing change. She was patient with us when we needed reassuring, and got us through all the steps to SOLD. In 3 days after listing! Kiel, the BREL stager did an amazing job making our home look like it was in a magazine! I recommend BREL for anyone buying, or selling. In this day and age, most real estate agents are like dinosaurs, but not BREL, they are showing the rest how it should be done in the digital age, and with all the marketing tools available, not just an MLS listing. Do your research and you will see why so many of BREL's clients are singing their praises... they are just that great. Thank you Lisa Bednarski, this Lisa is grateful we found you!

I'm naturally inclined not to write long reviews, but there is so much I can share about our…read moreawesome experience with Susi and team, I couldn't but let myself loose... Susi's knowledge of school ratings and the quality of surrounding communities/wards is second to none. Being a parent herself, she is able to tie back complex rating metrics to genuine concerns a parent typically has about schools/neighbourhoods. She was very empathetic in dealing with our emotional roller coaster while buying our house, yet she stepped up assertively when highlighting a potential pitfall in a house or within the process. Susi has surrounded herself with a network of qualified resources/professionals... Everyone who works for/with her knows by heart her bullet proof process and execute with military precision. When a colleague/friend from work introduced me to Susi, given my friend's over-zealousness, my sceptical hunch was that they must be friends... little did I know that few weeks later my wife and I will end up with a beautiful house and a sincere new friend. I wouldn't mind going again through the process of buying a house, since I'm sure Susi will have our backs!

I am happy to mark this as my 100th yelp review and super happy that it is going out to the best…read morereal estate agent ever. My Fiancee and i were in a long hunt for the perfect home (long because we wanted THE BEST and also in Toronto haha) and we were happy to have Susi be there every step of the way with us. As first time home owners we were new to the market (especially the Toronto market). We were eager and just wanted to get our foot into the door but also find that special first home. Prior to selecting our agent we had some long and grueling questions prepared for the candidates we wanted to select. Susi was great at meeting with us prior to our selection and was very helpful when meeting. She walked us through her experience, her strategies and the paperwork we would potentially see when purchasing our home. Susi was extremely friendly but will tell you things straight up. She is quick in responding to text messages/emails (sometimes even faster than my best friends/fiancee!) and she works above and beyond/ always accommodating our needs (working weekends, late nights, birthdays of her kids/husband (so sorry Susi!!)) Within the time span of 6 months, looking at 30+ homes, being very excited on one home that didn't fall through (on our part because we knew it wasn't the perfect home just yet..), we finally found the perfect home. Susi made the whole offer process very easy. She prepped us with her plan prior to going into the bidding war (bidding war of 6 other offers!) and she sold us to the sellers genuinely and perfectly. We closed our deal with great success and everything has been smooth sailing to the end of the whole process. During the period between the closing date, Susi was always there when we had questions and was always ontop of her game when we requested our visits. After we moved in, she also made sure everything was going smoothly and we were comfortable. Great person to reassure that this purchase was the one for us. Susi also offers free lock changes and home inspection(only on your first offer house- so make sure that house is the one!) She was also great with providing us boxes for our move! Susi will be our go-to real estate agent now and i am so happy to not only have made a great partner in the real estate market but also friend! We were very happy with the whole process and will 100% recommend her to others!

I was referred to Bruce last year when I decided to buy my first house. Both he & Tina (his…read moreassociate) were excellent in helping me find the perfect place. Bruce took the time to search out places in my price range and gave me honest advice about what was probably a good idea and what was probably a not so good idea. When I found a place I loved, he wasn't pushy or quick to get me to sign an offer, he took his time and let me come to the decision while weighing all the options. Even after the sale was completed, he followed up with me several times to ensure everything was going well. He even called me to say Happy Holidays 8 months after I purchased my house, which I thought was very thoughtful. I would highly recommend Bruce to anyone looking for an honest, helpful Realtor to sell or buy your house. He is easy to get ahold of and takes time to answer all the questions you may have. When I am ready to buy my next house, I plan on using Bruce again and know that he will help me find the perfect place again.
