My experience with your agency was great. I called needing a new policy for a new purchase and…read moreAshley was able to get me taken care of. The cost of the policy was very reasonable and Ashley was able to get everything together for my mortgage company as requested. I've utilized this office since 2002 and have never had a problem. They are always courteous, professional, and helpful.

As an Allstate Agent in Fort Walton Beach, I know many local families. My knowledge and understanding of the people in this community help me provide customers with an outstanding level of service. I look forward to helping families like yours protect the things that are important - your family, home, car, boat, and more. I'm proud to work with a company that's one of the biggest in the insurance industry. In fact, last year Allstate had a relationship with about one of every six American households and protected an estimated 17 million autos. A stable, reputable company that reaches out to millions of American households to meet their needs - that's my kind of company. As a small business owner, I understand the importance of building a solid foundation for the future and developing long-lasting customer relationships. That's why I'm committed to offering you the same level of service I'd expect from my own business dealings. When you leave my office, I hope you'll feel confident, informed, assured and satisfied in your choices. The way you should feel.

It doesn't deserve 1 star. The reason I was banned from EICD was that I was inflamed as a patient that horrible day. I asked the nurse in infusion that day to please change my PICC dressing because as a RN, I know the PICC dressing was comprimised related to the PICC being exposed at the bottom of the dressing where you can see and feel the PICC and almost the insertion site. The dressing was very dirty from brown old tape adhesive and just being there for 4 or 5 days. The EICD was instructed by what the RN who was suppose to be my patient advocate said, by their boss, who runs EICD (supposedly) that the RNs who are caring for the patients are ABSOLUTELY NOT to change pts dressings until what the RNs call "Dressing change Friday" (even with a comprimised dressing!!!). This is unacceptable nursing care and what should be basic standards of nursing care from the top dog RN to the ones caring for patients. Mind you, on my very 1st day (snow day of 2025, 01/21/25), the RN who also abandoned me as a pt and the doctor overseeing my medical care both stated "You have good insurance so we should be able to treat you here." I have both Medicare and Tricare. This is the only thing or statement I remember on that day related to me being so very sick. Wow, right!?!?!? So the money for the dressing should have been NO issue because I am blessed with great health insurance and the RN and the doctor repeatedly stating i have good insurance. Back to te dressing, the RN caring for me that day absolutely 100% refused to change the PICC dressing. This inflamed me as the patient and as a nurse.

I'm in the middle of 2 weeks of IV infusion meds here. There could not be a nicer group of people…read moreever!!! It's not fun coming here, but, the staff makes it so nice!!! I can't thank them enough!!
