I moved to Sterling Estates on May 21, 2026. I love it here. Dorothy Mayers assisted me being a 1st time home owner. She assisted me with all my questions & concerns. The staff was so nice & assisted me with anything that I needed . It's very quiet & my neighbors are so nice , they welcomed me to the neighborhood. I don't know where these 1 star ratings be coming from. I think it's very nice how Sterling Estates has everything set up , with the garbage removal , the rules for the yards& the no parking in the streets. It keeps everything in order & makes sure everyone can get through the road safely. I say, job nicely done. I haven't been living at Sterling Estates long , but I don't see where people are complaining about rodents when I've taken a ride through the neighborhood & some of these homes are eye sores. Some people got garbage & junk stored on their porch , just nasty. & junky looking. I've seen garbage sitting on the ground from overflow from the trash cans. Some tenants being too cheap to go to the office & let Dorothy know they need an extra trash can. Then I've seen some comments where people are complaining about rodents. I don't have any rodents in my house . I clean & mop everyday in my house & I haven't seen one rodent. The rodent issue is coming from these people that have these dogs not picking up their dog poop. Because I have it on my security camera where these people are taking their dogs & they let them piss & poop in other people yards. I have to clean up my flower bed & get dog poop out of my flowers bed, I got to go to Menards & get a fence to put up around my flowers to keep the dogs out . It's a Mexican man with a husky & he let his dog poop all in my flowers & in my drive way. I have to go out there everyday & get up his dog poop, just trifling. I be trying to catch him to tell him about his dog , but he be gone before I even get outside . Then some of the reviews are talking about the neighborhood is getting bad , it's getting bad because some of the people are lying on their applications to the staff . Because before you move in here , they ask you to give them the names of everybody that's going to be living with you. Some of y'all be lying on your applications to get in & once y'all get in , y'all be bringing these bad seeds in here & then you got issues getting Dr. Jeckel & Mr . Hyde out of your house; then y'all want to blame the staff for the neighborhood beings bad. Now , let's call a Spade a Spade & a Ace A Ace . You can't blame management for the stuff you're doing . Watch the company you keep & the company you bring . Everybody you can't invite to your house . When you level up on life , some people you just got to let go, you can't bring everybody with you. The staff isn't the issue , they're sweet as they can be . You can't be going to the staff demanding help & giving them attitude. You want something from them, but you coming at them with an attitude . You can attract more bees with honey. It's nice to be important, but it's more important to be nice to people. Like I said before , I've never had any issues with none of the staff nor managers , they're always sweet to me & always greet me with a smile . No issues here . read more

I have lived here 10 yrs .I think it's time to clean this place up.the roads are terrible , some of these trailers need to be torn down,every year they raise the price to live here but every year they look like shit. The office people are very rude and unprofessional. The rules are different for everyone. No sidewalks. The roads are super bumpy. They won't fix the roads, but plan to renovate the office area and clubhouse. They do not let residents use the clubhouse so not sure why they are spending our money to renovate. I moved in here 2024 i saw other reviews saying that the place was infested with rats but i didnt believe it could happen to me because i made sure that i keep my place up! LIES it wasnt just one rat that came in but his whole family i have pictures to prove it! DO NOT MOVE IN HERE. I broke my lease because one got on the trap and there was blood everywhere they waited a whole week before they had an exterminator come to take a look and they still were coming in! Sterling estates was ok when we first moved in. Don't know who running the place now but it's bad. 1. Different people different rules. 2. When you pull into the park they have a board with site numbers of people late with their rent. ( in the park known as the board of shame) 3. Office help very spiteful complain about something. you get written up for something lawn, your car, whatever they can think of. 4. the children park is in bad shape. 5. the roads in the trailer park are horrible. 6. if you're late on your rent . The park charges a $500. attorney fee plus late fees. The Office staff also wants that 500 attorney fee in cash and no receipt for it. 7. A couple of years ago the office sent a letter around asking if you want a shed. Your rent will go up $50 a month . I said ok. The workers nailed 4 2x4 together tossed it on your lawn and poured the thin slab. Never received the shed and the form is still around the slab in my yard. I wouldn't recommend living here. People who live here are nice. The office help are not qualified for there jobs. They make up the rules as they go. Good luck read more

Office staff does absolutely nothing about any issues you have whatsoever. But want to stick notices on your door if you're behind rent or if you have a broken blind in your window. But but they don't fix the streets if you call them about an issue they completely deny they do it.. It takes over a month to get a response from AA manager my trash can has been damaged for about a year now and I've been calling the front office and requesting that it gets repaired I called the garbage company myself and was told I needed to have the office call.. I have been a resident for six months. I own my unit. I have been trying to get management to get my neighbor to comply with the rules for six months without any response. There is garbage and garbage cans every where. Huge holes in the streets. This week when getting my mail in the outdoor communal "mail depot" it became obvious that there were several examples of human excrement around the mail boxes, as well as puddles of urine. It called management to report the health hazard, but have received no response and every day the same mess is there. read more

I lived there 3 years and they are more interested in selling homes that fixing the community, there are rats, you get fined for not mowing ur lawn on their schedule, garbage cans needs to be moved from the street but some people dont have any land to move them. They are putting trailer so close together there are no lawns so kids pay in the street. There is gunshots and fireworks constantly all year long. People are supposed to have motorcycles, boats, scooters. Snow plowing is terrible. The streets are horrible, put money into the streets instead of jamming trailers in, And the rent went up every year I lived there. and after my two year lease I had no lease. Kids pee on the play ground and trash where the mailboxes are. Its just very sad this could be a really nice community. Not a great place to live. read more

Worst place to live ever. When we first moved in the park seemed ok. They proceeded to raise the rent in the middle of a pandemic. They constantly give notices over the smallest things but can't even fix the roads. They told us it doesn't flood but it does. One star is being too generous. Word of warning, do not move here unless you have to. Things break easily or are already broken when you move in and the will remain broken unless you constantly nag them. There have been shootings and a there is a bad rat infestation. A child was killed last month because of speeding cars and no speed bumps but they care more about getting there rent and making sure everyone's grass is cut so that they can sell more homes. Also winter is approaching and many are left without heat and water due to the pipes freezing. The longest I had to wait to have them fix my pipes was 2 weeks. I would think before moving here. My husband and myself came in late June to discuss renting a mobile home. We started with Lorraine who said we would need to be added to a waiting list but to apply and call her once completed. We finished it that day and was informed that she would contact us when she had some info, she said that they only had one home available for us to look at nothing more, which was fine. At this point we only chatted through text and never were treated like potential residence. fast forward to us being informed after calling in that Lorraine was gone and we have been transferred to Randy. We were told September the home would be ready, then October..then after us checking the home and viewing it from the outside only, we noticed the home was tagged up with graffiti and windows all busted out. We let them know and they said they were working on it. We kept getting pushed back because they didn't have the keys, it wasn't ready..etc..etc...Just a weeks ago they asked for a deposit, we said how can we give a deposit when we haven't even looked at the home? Magically they had the keys and we scheduled for a viewing on Saturday. Cash In hand ready to put a deposit down. Andrea couldn't take our money and had no info regarding the home and also gave us the wrong price. She said to talk with Randy on Monday. Monday comes and Randy mention needing more pay stubs, my husband told him we'll do it that night and when can we meet to give him the deposit. After a few hours of no responses and several call and text later we were informed that the home was given to someone else.. I usually wouldn't take this much back and forth but we wanted to move so badly that we let these red flags and lack of communication slide right by us. At the end of the day, they actually did us a favor because from what I can see that place is completely mismanaged and over run with problems, not to mention the pot holes that will take out your tire. Horrible place to live!! Office staff is rude and does not take care of anything. Streets are horrible. They only clean up the community a couple days before corporate stops in for a visit. There were houses tagged up in here Looking completely scummy! And it was like that over 6 months until corporate was about to show up then they painted it... just so happens after I went in the office To complain about being harassed about a broken blind in my window. this year inside the park there has been 3 shootings this summer alone! I have complete video of one incident man shooting his gun into the air, while half the hillbilly ghetto community was outside fighting each other!! Not renting and my yard was more than a quarter of my backyard had no grass in it just dirt. I paid a $1000 to put my own lawn in!!! And then they trying to tell me I cannot park on it. It's funny how none of this information reaches the news or gets passed along so the community outside of us.... Justice families are not aware of how much BS is going on in here. They offer all types of amenities a swimming pool a game room and all kinds of things but they have absolutely nothing! Completely false advertisement just to get people to move in. They say this is a gated community. The only gates are the up-and-down gates at the entry wait. That anybody can walk right through or they can walk through anybody's yard in the outside community and get in here! They hired security who stands at the front gate on their cell phone and allows everyone to come in without checking who they are or what not. The security will stand there and just hold the gate open and let car after car pull in.. Altogether this is a very unprofessional staff at this community!! I would rethink if you want to move at this trailor park. People there seem nice. I feel sorry for them it isn't updated in any way. The management is very unprofessional and I was looking into getting me and my wife a trailor and my daughter was looking as well and manager was rude and just completely dumb. This is the fourth, 4 th of July I've lived here and it gets worse every year. Fireworks all night long. My dogs are hiding under the bed. Security is nonexistent and there is no answer at the office. Don't move here unless you're a deaf a$$ kisser. The only way to get any help is flattery and snitch. If you complain about anything they never forget and you get nonsense notices on your door as payback. Good friend and neighbor lost their house 2 years ago to a manager. They were short and couldn't make the lot rent and George gave them $400 and took the title to their home as collateral. He put it on the market 1 week later and never gave them the opportunity to pay the money back. Dishonest to the bone. Lonnnnng Overdue The ABSOLUTE NASTIEST FOULEST place in Justice. This place makes Justice look like a slum, low life, ghetto town at best. My brother was suppose to move in here June 1, they of course ADVERTISED a lovely misleading place and when he arrived it had mysteriously "Just Sold" so they wanted to show him another spot for LESS" So seeing as my brother needed something 'immediately' he agreed and said, "Fine when can I move in" She said June 1, we'd like to clean it up a bit and after we get everything we need from you, plus a $2500 deposit, it's yours. WELL, they immediately received the $2500, and June 1st came and went and so did Mid June as well as end of June. Finally July comes and he receives the keys. We head inside to find they still haven't finished installing the the kitchen appliances and the place stinks of cat urine. I immediately run out to purchase some bleach to scrub the [supposed newly carpeted & painted] mobile unit. I left and came back with my child, niece & nephew the next day since the furniture store was delivering the furniture. Furniture truck arrives and begins to unload furniture inside when the kids come in screaming there is a fight outside by the truck. In brief (since police & other acting officials have been notified & involved) there was a fight right outside, one purchasing drugs the other with a gun claiming territory, etc. REALLY?? Where did this come from??? People were screaming "Get inside, get inside -- Don't be out here, I'd advise you to get inside" WHOAH, this is insane. I called my brother who called the office & they acted as if we just told them a bird flew by. They later claimed they sent security over & that "security" [BOB] saw nothing. WHAT? Now there are 8 of these guys out here waiting on the other guys & you SAW NOTHING? First mistake was NOT LOOKING AT YELP & other sites informing us of the multiple problems this place has. (I have since copied all of the known issues for future reference) Obviously the management does nothing but answer phones, show you a location & collect your money because they are USELESS even telling you "You have to call the police, it's not our problem" WOW, well, the police were called only to have them show 45 minutes later; they are not local authorities, it's sheriff police. It wasn't until we did some further investigating through family police friends that we found there to be a boat load of problems with this place & too, it's loaded with known gang members, drug dealers & pedophiles . We found out a number of other items as well. We went to the office where we met with the officers & informed them that CARRIE misleads those moving in stating it is a family friendly, kid friendly, enjoyable lot that a lot of people are trying to get into, pfft! We told them we want the $2500 deposit back immediately, especially since my brother technically never moved in yet. They had my brother compose a letter stating why he wanted to move & briefly what happened. The gal said we are leaving for the 4th of July weekend & are closing early so get it back right away so it's in the system for Monday. We had this accomplished in 30 minutes.. Come that FRIDAY, my brother receives a call that he needs to remove his items by [SATURDAY] because they have the place sold/rented. Uhm, wait, we never heard back, never received paper work, never received the deposit back, what?? My brother had indicated he was working all day Saturday and would be glad to get items out Sunday, she said "I want it out Saturday." Why so rude, being we were the ones lied to!!! Well, as we stated, Sunday was the only available day to get the items. Come Sunday, we find they already moved somebody in the trailer with their items. We called at least 30 times on Friday, again on Saturday and even on Sunday with NO ANSWER!! Well, that was nearly a month ago, my brother found a beautiful condo in Oak Lawn since I let him stay at my home until he found a better location. We still have not received his deposit check back & have been given the run around with the office saying they have no corporate phone numbers to call, only email communication and they have not heard back from their emails. We have no idea what kind of rinky dink back of the roads operation this is but we are willing and ready to expose them further. A dear family friend is in law enforcement [giving us information this place would die if anybody else knew]. I would love to see this place exposed for what they really are. DO NOT BE MISLEAD INTO THINKING THIS PLACE IS A GOOD PLACE FOR YOUR FAMILY, Justice isn't a bad place to be, but Sterling Estates?? it's dirty, it's nasty, and it's not taken care of properly. I have lived here now over a year. Mmgt is fine with me. they have been working to get bad tenants out. People drive too fast in the park. One way I look at how they are responsive to me etc, I pay rent on time every month, I don't have a child that roams the park causing trouble. When I have had a problem in my unit they have been responsive in resolving right away. The only downside to things have been the kids that roam, teens and younger, Any problems with then has been lack of parenting or lack of what the parents know they are doing. This community is outstanding...sure there are issues which need to be addressed as in any community, but the majority of the residents use an enormous amount of energy to keep their property in tip top shape. It is unfortunate that a few tenants scar the reputation of a wonderful community by not being more responsible for their children and their pets. But I believe, "if more of the older tenants communicate with the younger tenants expressing their concerns, the community would become what all parties moved into to Sterling Estates for in the beginning." read more

All lies. Rent is due by the 1st, and late after the 5th. Do not buy here! They advertise... Luxury Living haaahahaha. The management company is EXTREMELY rude to 90% of the ppl they come in contact with (stand in the office at any day and time and see at least 8 ppl a day come in complaining and listen to how things are handled). They only enforce community rules when it suits them and to only certain ppl!!! They dont do anything about the break ins, the squatters, or the houses selling drugs even tho they are aware. The lot fees are higher than any other area and you get nothing in return but ignorance from staff for the money that you pay. We lived at Sterling Estates for a year and a half. All I can say is that I wouldn't let my worst enemy move in there. To begin with we were told the place would be cleaned, painted, new everything. Which it kinda was except that right away we had leaks in the kitchen and it ruined the new linoleum, asked to have them replace it. No one ever came to do that. Pipes and sewer constantly frozen in the winter. You have to fix it they will not. We had sewage coming up through the bathtub, toilet and sink and we're told it's our problem. Paid for that...also had to have all underneath the place re insulated. There are so many stray cats there, they live under the trailers. Makes it stink like cat pee, fleas come up through the heating vents. Plus the whole place we found out was full of black mold. Told them about it and was told it was our job to get it fixed. I Have lived her for 2years, the only good thing about it are my neighbors. The management never calls you back but are quick to call you if they have an issue. Their are pit bulls everywhere, even though they are not allowed. The teenagers are incredibly rude and menacing and the park, and on there walls around. There is no (security) gates don't close, and security does nothing but drive around. They lie about owning your own home if you are leasing, also if you are leasing they will do random inspections on your house. If you own, they try to find every reason to get more money from you. If I could give it no starts I would. This place has gotten me so pissed off recently. Today is the second day with no water. Before that when I moved in here I had told carol if the window would be fixed and she said it would I been here a year and nothing I called and asked and they told me I needed to pay outta pocket to fix that and the door they were supposed to fix! Now all of a sudden they don't have any idea of what I was talking about. Ok second I told her about the floors same thing. So now I'm looking for a new place to live Bcus on top of all that they want me to start paying $1110 rent! When summer time comes it gets too crazy here I have seen 3 fires lots and lots of sheriffs coming in and out with people on back of their cars there is a big smell of weed coming from two three houses I pass every day and in summer time the guys are outside smoking giving everyone hard looks (scary) the only reason I was still here is Bcus the school my kids go to is Amazing. Wish I could have rated them a 0. About a month ago I set up an appointment to take a look at a place in sSterling Estates. As I waited in the office I over heard several unhappy residents voice their complaints, one which was trying to find out why their name was on a "past due rent" sign, posted right outside the front office door, since they had already paid their rent and even had the receipts to show proof of their payment. The receptionist explained she wasnt familiar with their account and the account manager was not available. The resident pleaded asking for their name to be removed from the sign because it was embarrassing since the sign is posted for all to see, but the receptionist refused. Another resident was complaining about neighborhood kids that had broken out several windows on his home. The receptionist explained they were aware of a group of kids that had been doing this to many homes. The man asked if anything was being done about it and what he was to do about his broken windows. she was very rude and just said she cant help him and just ignored him from their asking the next resident what they needed. Finally I was greeted after a few more unhappy residents voiced their complaints. When I asked about the home I was inquiring about over the phone the woman explained that this home was no longer available but that a MANAGER was available to show me other homes. I asked the woman why she told the other residents that a manager wasnt available but she had no reply. At this point I was very annoyed and asked for the manager. I seated myself in the waiting area.. She came back and didnt see me standing there, she turned to her manager and said "nevermind I guess she left" which I assume she was referring to me. Than explained how "some crazy hillbilly" wanted his name removed from the 'past due' board and they both just laughed. I was appalled and went back to the desk to let them know I was not happy with their very unprofessional manner and how they mistreat their tenants. They didnt bother to help any of them but were quick to make jokes about them and their concerms. The manager apologized and tried telling me I didnt know what I was talking about and if i was still interested in the available homes. By far the WORST place to rent nor purchase a home from. They keep increasing lot rent and their is absolutely no type of improvement. My home is close to a pond that overflows when there is heavy rain, causing sink holes throughout premises and damage throughout. I have called numerous of times to addressed situation and as of yet nothing has been solved. Maintenance is a joke in this place, they do not plow nor spread salt on snowy days. Back in the summer of 2020 I reached out to Sterling estates to look at some property made an appointment why to the appointment. While waiting on the person to show the property I was there on time I had to wait on the last Kris to show up. So the front office had to call an tell her that I was waiting. I had my daughter with me so we're waiting so a black edge pulls up in looking in the side mirror she didn't introduce herself at all! We get out of the car presuming this was who we were waiting on walk over to her said hello mind you while ask if this is going on she's on the phone on speaker talking to a gentleman about whatever an it had nothing to do with a house mind you. Bedford to say me an my daughter goes on an look at the property Kris never told me not one time that this property was being sold for a family an nothing was going to be done to the property. Not to mention the house had sky lights they were all missing. So I decided not the proper place for me I left. So fast forward to this month of December I found a couple of houses that I wanted to see called got the same rude, cold, unwelcoming, unfriendly nasty Kris again. Who brassly stated that one of the houses was not available anymore but the other one was. Asked if I wanted to see it I said yes asked me what day I told her the day she rudely stated she won't be there that day she was going on vacation for a week but I could come the following week to see it, I said ok. She the proceeds to tell me if I didn't have a certain credit score that I would be wasting my time because the banks they deal with only deals with people with in this certain credit score bracket an if I didn't have the credit score what was the point. Then entail to ask me did I still want to see the house abruptly said NO! Cause your nasty an I dealt with you before. Now so you people who put a good review with this lady LIED! I personally believe that she has a problem with color or she really don't know how to talk to people. They only sell houses you can't rent period point blank! Don't go here, oh I asked was there someone else that could show me the house she said no that she was the only one. Rudgate Sterling which is around the corner has very nice people no matter the color will go over backwards for you to get you on a home. Kris needs manners school, need customer service skills to deal with all walks of life an she need to keep her personal opinion to herself an just do her job correctly! We moved to a different home within park shortly after my previous post with promises from everyone things would be better and all issues would be resolved. Not only has nothing been fixed but multiple emails have gone unanswered as well as phone calls unreturned. So we have lived here about 9 months. Yes it's a trailer park, but its cheaper rent!! When we first came the salesperson was nice but kinda put me off by some comments. They have some nice places and some ok and some that should just be taken to the scrap yard. Must be very careful if buying a place out right as they do not tell you about floors that are so rotted you might go through. In typical trailer park fashion not all the people that live here are the greatest. People tend not to respect your space and walk through your yard or park right in front of your house at all hours of the night. People tend to be loud and not realize that hey the neighbors might be trying to sleep, maybe I shouldn't rev up my loud ass car. Also many just let their kids run and don't seem to care if they are destroying someone elses property. Ok back to the actual staff, maintenace is very nice but takes forever!! So all in all its a decent place to live and rent is priced right just wish the rules were more enforced. read more

At first they are all nice and sweet, return your emails and phone calls. However, when you need something from the office they just ignore it. Such a bad experience. I asked for their corporate number and the receptionist informed me that she doesn't even have it. I suggest doing very very well research before consider moving here. If I could give this place a negative I would. The main person (Carol) is great. She helps as much as she can. Unfortunately upper management keeps her in the dark about a lot. Me and my husband went to apply for a rental a while back, and was denied due to credit history. Due to student loans, our credit is not in the best shape. Ever since corporate took over the application process, it is a pain to get any answers. Me and my husband make more than enough money to afford the rent. I guess the pay checks do not mean a thing to them. Everyone has made mistakes. I am fixing mine now and just wanted a chance. I have known people who lived there just a year ago, that were approved with a worst credit history than me. The denial I understood. What I did not appreciate is that I called the corporate office at least 10 times and left messages either on the voicemail or with a secretary that said I would get a call back. I never did. The one and only time someone emailed me back, it was the regional manager who told me to give him a call with any questions I had. I wanted to know what the exact requirements for rental are. I have two small kids and I need a home for them very soon as our last place is being sold. I gave the regional manager a call, and had to leave another voicemail, and emailed him back when he did not answer. That was the last I heard from him. When I ask Carol the exact requirements ( i.e exact credit score needed and monthly income wanted) she does not know the specifics. Is it really that hard to call someone back or at least email them? If they can't even give a potential resident a call back, what makes me think they will solve any problems i were to have in the future? read more

DONT MOVE THERE!!! That place is horrible. We lived there for about a year and a half and I cant even explain how happy we were packing up our truck to move to a new place. The staff is very rude. I stood in the office waiting to be addressed one day as I over heard the receptionist laughing with co-workers about a tenant who had called with a maintenance problem, she joked that since the woman on the phone was on welfare than she had plenty time to fix the repair herself and that maybe if she got off her fat a** and got a job "like the rest of us" than maybe she wouldnt be living in a trailer park. She referred to the woman as a "trailer trash whale" before turning and noticing that I was standing there. I than asked for a manager but none was available. The crime here is ridiculous. Kids vandalizing homes, vagrants living in the empty trailers, gang bangers, meth-heads, and drug dealers everywhere, definitely not a safe place for kids. Than when you try to leave, the park will offer you way less for your trailer than they had sold it to you for. They will give reasons like "the market has changed" but with talking to my neighbors it seems its the parks way to make you feel trapped. When you move in rent is $625 but goes up $100/per year for the first 2 years. So after 2 years the rent becomes $825 for just your lot alone, thats robbery!! The next most expensive park in the area is $675/month which has more to offer including a safer neighborhood, pool, nearby shopping, so much better an cheaper!! MY SUGGESTION IS TO TALK TO TENANTS THERE BEFORE MOVING INTO THAT RAT TRAP! read more

The last place I rented was horrible, my son had hole in his ceiling for 8 months 18" big. mold Etc... I was skeptical about moving to a mobile home park here in Cook county. The office responds to all my requests in timely manner. When my furnace went out they immediately sent someone to try tfix but then got me a new one no hassles. Always friendly when I go into the office. Everywhere has neighbors you don't like or better put appreciate. I did take off a star for teens that run a muck in the park but thats their upbringing. The minus is that I would like to screen in my porch and I would like a screen door and a longer driveway just like 2-3 feet more. And just before moving in a neighbor no longer here moved my shed to their place and I have no storage shed. When you are looking here drive around and see the whole park, IF people take care of their places you can tell the better areas of the park. read more

I've lived here for about 15 years, this place is ridiculous, every time i turn my back something bad is happening, for example gang members walking around, gun shots going off, people fighting. I'm very nervous to let my kids out of the house, not only that, every street you drive on has multiple potholes, you CAN NOT drive your car down the street without worrying about damaging you're vehicle, last year the water was shut off for three days, having to ask family members to bathe at they're house is embarrassing. The management here is untrustworthy, they lie to you about fixing potholes, or even plowing in that case. Speaking of bad things happening someone burned down the park "play ground: where my kids once played, fires were set on Mobile Homes at least once a week, they hired "security" but nothings is ever solved! There are gates at the entrance, i typed the code to my house several times, it did not work, you can wait a half hour to get in due to others, the system is terrible. To better other people i'm telling you this is not the place to live. read more
