My husband got one of the first appointments at the beginning of June 2013 and had one bad tooth reconstructed and another filled and today (the end of June) has had 3 more filled. They billed our insurance and now have Care Credit in place to put the balance on and we can pay over time and this way the Dentist gets their money right away and we can pay online. Win Win !! And oh yes my husbands teeth are doing great! I have an appointment for the end of July for a checkup and cleaning and hope my remineralizing toothpaste has had enough time to heal any cavities I may have had.

Kourtlynn got me all set up and asked whether I needed full service, so that I could switch over to their office as my permanent dentist. I said no, I just needed the tooth fixed... after the more than friendly service (Dr. Swapp introduced himself as Lance-so friendly!), and the amazing job they did securing my veneer (they even filed it so that my bite was better and the tooth was more in line with the rest), I have changed my mind! As soon as I left the office, I called my husband to let him know that we now had a new dentist in Dr. Swapp! Admittedly, I called a different dentist at first. Their answer was that I needed to be seen as a new patient before they could do any work and the earliest they could get me in was April 13 - that was more than two weeks away! I had all my bottom teeth pulled and a denture made, the denture was miss shaped and didn't fit…read morecorrectly, he ground down the teeth on that denture but also on my top denture that fit me perfectly, three months later after my gums have healed the bottom one still doesn't fit correctly and i had to remove one of the teeth because it was rubbing my mouth so bad i couldn't wear it at all. now i can wear it for a couple hours but it still doesn't fit properly and i have no options. so i am stuck with a denture that falls out. very disappointed in this place!!
