After ordering a pair of pants it took over 2 weeks to arrive. Once it arrived it was the wrong size at which point I had to reach out for a return. I reached out to their customer service via email, they agreed to refund me in full and pay the return fee, specifying to use usps and not fedex or ups because it costed more. after sending out the return they refunded me less than the original cost. When I reached out to see what happened they claimed they were subtracting the shipping cost they incurred in shipping me the item. after going back and forth for weeks and them ignoring me for weeks at a time they finally refunded me only the amount paid on their site and not my shipping costs. read more
