As time went by, I became displeased in how he was handling matters. After communicating my dissatisfaction multiple times, I found he was unwilling to change. I felt it was in my best interest to hire another attorney. There was no language in his representation agreement that addressed a parting of ways. He has filed a law suit against me, which I have to spend money defending, and seeking 75% of the final settlement. Needless to say, I find his actions unethical and would recommend you steer clear of using an attorney that would sue a former dissatisfied client.
