She has a no non sense personality but is very sweet and caring. She is very knowledgeable and a leader in her profession! I do wish she had her office that was closer to me, since I live in Henderson and she now all the way out in Summerlin, but when you find a great provider such as her, you have an obligation to follow them, for your own health's sake! Suggestion-I find that at her Summerlin location, she runs at least 2 hours behind and the waiting area is completely filled. She may need a bigger location as well as better schedulers that don't over pack her schedule.

However, I also believe that patients deserve compassion, understanding, clear communication, and reasonable access to their healthcare team. As a patient already navigating a difficult medical journey, I needed compassion and understanding--not to feel as though I was doing something wrong simply because I wanted to schedule an appointment to follow up with my doctor. When you are already dealing with the emotional and physical challenges that come with any type of serious medical condition , whether present or past, having to navigate additional barriers just to see your doctor about your concerns can feel overwhelming and discouraging. Trying to schedule an appointment should not require so much difficulty with the staff. No patient should feel as though they are being interrogated or made to feel wrong for advocating for themselves and trying to receive appropriate follow-up care. Being consistently questioned about referrals, having to explain the "why" behind wanting to see my doctor, and repeatedly having to justify my need for an appointment is upsetting and frustrating. Especially, when I know the referrals have been sent multiple times. My insurance company doesn't even require referrals. As, a courtesy I go through the process of obtaining one to not have to deal with stuff like this! It's the constant back and forth and being given inconsistent information. I'm not even a new patient, just someone trying to make sure. I'm doing what's best for my life, yet a single individual sitting at a desk gets to determine my worth and speak over me. I sincerely hope that my experience can be taken seriously and that greater compassion and understanding, customer service and communication can be shown to patients who are already dealing with the emotional and physical challenges of their medical I say all of this to say: Do unto others as you would have them do unto you. Treat people with kindness, compassion, respect, and understanding, because you never know what someone may be going through. The way you treat others matters--and one day, you may need that same grace extended to you. Thank you!

An absolute terrible experience and I will never be back to this doctor again…read more I was seen in such a rush. All other staff,Assistant and student came in and were nice but the doctor however was not. She came in, did not even introduce herself or review the case and just immediately started spewing why I should not have even been here and how my case is just a lump and follow the radiologist suggestion. Mind you, her process when scheduling this appointment, the person told me she reviews cases before taking on an appointment, so if you reviewed it why would you tell me to come in waste my time and take my money. Her delivery and attitude were very charged. She spent no longer than 10 minutes in the room and just kept saying nothing of wrong and im not sure why you are here. We aren't going to do stuff just to do it, not explaining anything in a simple term and expected us to just understand it I can't go in to sorry more without talking more about my reason for being there but I will not be back. And then the breast exam. I laid down and she just poked and my breasts for less than 2 minutes, No gloves either. I myself have done a better exam of my breast, AND both the student and assistant exams my breasts when I was not even asked if they could when every other doctor, you get asked. Just poking, no detailed exam. And while doing so rolled her eyes again on her disagreement on why I was sent here from my primary. Every single time I asked a question I was met with a dismissive response and left very frustrated, even more confused, and overall the biggest worst taste in my mouth about this rushed and rude appointment. Just overall a very rude, short and attitude filled doctor. Do not go here.

Two months now--of repeated calls, going TO the Valley Oaks office & CVS, etc. I have now paid for my 3rd prescription (off for days on each) from borrowed funds. This is obviously escalating, and no BAR head of a judge or attorney has standing against those operating with Common Law & do our ways with honor. It is my opinion that we all can improve in life, as can this place...but their current procedures are quite messed up. No accountability, or returned calls. I am looking to possibly change the provider & then take legal action to use the courts appropriately, and recover my funds.
