John was funny, knowledgeable and a great dance teacher! He was motivating and encouraging as I learned the different dances for the first time. He also encouraged me to try out the beginner group class on Tuesdays and dance party every other Friday. Debbie was the instructor at both group events and she was welcoming and a great teacher as well. It was nice to meet the other members of the studio and all learn together! Dance Obsession is a great dance studio in Farmingdale. You get to meet other members, socialize and exercise in a great environment! Class is rather boring, lacks in variety and she expects kids, little kids! to behave in a certain way. You better have a well-behaved, quiet child if you want to take her Zumbini class!! and I thought we were supposed to have fun and let the toddlers be toddlers! Oh, and the toys and the instruments she uses in class are dirty. Another mom shared with me that since she has been taking her child to this class, he is getting sick more often! Such a shame because zumbini can be soooo much fun if you take it with a right instructor! Well, not here.

They are kids have no choice to can take turns to change in the that only 1 ladies bathroom in this facility which allows one each time. And put every belongings on the floor no privacy at all. Did not we deserve a place to change for all the tuition we paid . It's ridiculous. That not a way to run your business here. I will continue fight for it with the administration of children to see if there is anything they can do.

It gave me confidence when I didn't have any, taught me how to work hard even when things felt overwhelming, and showed me the value of respect, teamwork, and accountability. Being on a competition team wasn't easy--but it wasn't supposed to be. It pushed me, challenged me, and ultimately made me stronger in every sense. Recently, I had the chance to come back and watch my younger siblings compete, and it was such a full-circle moment. Of course, things have changed over the years--teachers evolve, styles change, and the studio grows just like everything in life does. But what hasn't changed is the heart of this place. Watching my siblings perform with so much confidence, joy, and passion honestly meant even more to me than my own years dancing there. That says everything. You truly could not ask for a more loving, supportive environment. The staff care deeply about their dancers--not just as performers, but as people. They build you up, hold you accountable, and create a space where you feel like you belong. This studio gave me lifelong memories, lifelong lessons, and lifelong relationships. No place is perfect, but Attitudes in Motion is something really special. I will always be grateful for everything it gave me.
