Some great views from up above and there are loads of paths to walk and cycle with ample amount of picnic areas. There are some nicely setup plant and flower beds and a huge variety of trees about. Last but not least there are at least two or three biergarten's here for a lunch or refreshment stop :-) I will definitely come back here again.

There are extensive trails, paved and not, for all kinds of outdoor activities. In my case running and cross-country skiing. The park is really well-lit at night, making it entirely safe and convenient to stop by after work for a quick work out.

The park itself, while not nearly the vastness as the English garden, is a lovely walk and has a rather large beer garden. You'll see a lot of folks sitting on grass and benches, and there are basketball hoops for those that need to work off the beer. We ordered a few things one being the weiss wurst (white sausage and although it may look uncommon to a non-german it is absolutely fantastic. Especially with the mustard. We came during Oktoberfest so we absolutely had to order a few beers which were really great. Great service except for the fact it took a little convincing to bring us glasses of water. We had been walking around all day and although beer is made of water we wanted to enjoy both. They have live traditional music which was very lively to view and listen to as we enjoyed our meal.
