We set up a round about time of 4pm, however he was running late due to another project and wasn't able to come by my house until 6pm. This is the only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5. He showed up, took a look at the job and instead of giving me a quick quote and scheduling another time to do it, he asked if I was okay with him just knocking it out. Other people had told me that my repairs would take 8+ hours to complete...Herman was in/out in 2 hours and quoted me hundreds of dollars less than some others. I feel he did a fantastic job, he was friendly, and cleaned up everything prior to leaving. I couldn't recommend him more!
