Serendipity Salon was happy to ask their stylists if anyone could accommodate a walk-in and lucky for me Billy happened to have a window of time that could fit me in. Billy was so nice to talk to with just the right amount of conversation, not too much and not silent. Serendipity Salon is clean and fresh. All the staff were smiling and greeted people with a warm "hello". I would highly recommend Serendipity Salon and especially the stylist, Billy. Oh, and my new haircut was just what I needed and I received many compliments. Thank you, Billy! I look forward to getting my haircut with you again.

I had to bring her somewhere else to fix it as the damage they caused was beyond what I could have trusted them to repair. We're now having to to visit another salon once a month as it's a slow and expensive reversal process. I wrote asking for a refund, they responded with questions on what my daughters name was and who did her hair- then completely ignore me when I answered. 110% do not recommend.

When I got there she pressured me into a color that I didn't want to do, she just wouldn't let up. My nails are crooked and lumpy and bumpy and she burned my finger I requested to have gems applied on 2 nails and she was totally confused for some reason. I kept trying to explain how to do it but there was a language barrier I asked the guy up front to come translate and explain what I was requesting and he kept talking to me like I was overreacting and not providing enough info on what I was asking for. I showed pictures and she was still confused. I told them nevermind I'll pay for what they did and I'll just go elsewhere to finish my nails and he wouldn't let me leave. I was getting ready to call the police because he wouldn't let me leave after I told them several times that I had somewhere to be and they were holding me up. I never said I wasn't going to pay! She didn't apply the gems correctly and half of them fell off less than 24 hours later. When she finished my nails she proceeded to give me an aggressive hand massage that was actually painful while she smiled and stared at me....WEIRDOS. He told me to come back if there were any issues with my nails.... I will NEVER give them another dime of my money What an awful experience! They never have to worry about seeing me ever again!!!
